Customer Super Admin Lost Password
Hi there, I recently migrated several clients to Zoho Mail. Unfortunately, one of the client's super admins has lost their password and I cannot find an option to reset their password. Can I do this myself, or do I need Zoho support to reset this password for me? Any help would be great, and the sooner the better as the client is currently without mail. Thanks!

I am doing a survey using many Likert scale questions, and would like to make the questions optional. If people skip questions will it distort the average score for a question on the report? Alternatively, is there a way to provide a "Dont' know" response on a Likert scale question? Thanks Dan

Synching with CRM
Hi - We are setting up Desk and making sure our client info is synced correctly with CRM. When we had a new ticket with a new client it automatically set up the new client in CRM (yay). When we opened the ticket and filled out what Account they should be under it did not auto update in CRM (boo). We also noticed in CRM the Client and Account are not associated in either record. We have the fields mapped in Desk/CRM mapping to have Accounts linked to Account. Your help is appreciated - thanks!

Custom Formula error returning a date
I am trying to create a custom formula field in Leads, but I am getting a syntax error. The formula Return Type is set to datetime: If(${Leads.Outbound Stage} == 'SQL 020', now(), adddate(now(), 4, 'DAY')) I get this error: Your string is either missing its quote marks, or it needs a comma separating it from another value. How to find and set a value into a field from another form?
I have 2 forms. On occasional basis, I add new name into the first form and assign particular tax rate and commission to that name. Daily, I need to enter data into the second form. I choose a name from "lookup/drop down" menu connected to the first form and fill out couple numbers. The form calculates the rest. What I need is, depending on the name I select, to automatically look up and fill the tax and commission that were set in the first form. What would be the best way to accomplish this? Thank

GetResponse integration error

Tried adding gareth [at] sappertonterrace [dot] com to my domain name sappertonterrace [dot] com and I get the message that "user already invited". I'm not sure if I ever signed up to another Zoho account with this email address, but it is causing major issues for my organization right now, as this is a primary contact address. How Does one print a Form?
I have created a number of forms which I would like to print out for Government record keeping purposes. The format of the zoho-created reports is unacceptable. Is there perhaps an "OpenUrl " expression that will produce a new window that can be printed? I would be nice to be able to pull up a list of names from Zoho people when adding staff to a project and Zoho CRM when adding customers. Similarly, it would be nice to be able to see what projects have been done for a particular company from Zoho CRM and what projects an employee has worked on from within Zoho People without having to manually enter that info. Zoho has a number of great products, but one area of improvement is that it needs to more seamlessly integrate the different products.

How to completely change helpdesk name / email or delete it to start from scratch?
Hello, I was trying to create a test helpdesk before trying to use it with my official Zoho Account, it asked for my email, helpdesk name and other stuff. I used the test data, but my Zoho account was signed and now the test name is under my official zoho account which I cant afford to have it. The test name is all over the helpdesk. I have been experiencing difficulty using the api: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/api/get-search-emails.html But I have been able to use: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/api/get-emails-list.html The problem is that the search api always returns and empty set. I have tried pretty much every iteration I can think of for the parameters but it seems to never return any values. I feel like I am using it wrong or there is an issue with the documentation.
