Can't insert survey link into quote mail
We our quotes with Zoho CRM. I have done a email template to use when sending quotes. I want to insert a survey into the quote emails to get a response from the customer if we did as the customer wanted. I can't insert the link in the email template for quotes. Hello there, I am using a free account of Zoho Email from Jan'2015. This is free plan and associated with single domain name. Today April 2017, i was searching for some sent emails in Sentbox I saw that all emails before October 2016 was missing from sentbox and Inbox. I have never deleted a single email , because i keep it safe for future use. Also i do not use android app, so no excuse of being deleted from mobile. I have not archived them as well. I don't exactly know how to explain this so someone would understand - I have a parking citation application that I would like to be able to embed some type of search form, or report in a web page, and a driver can then go to the website, enter their license plate number (which is entered by the officer) and view their parking citation online.
