Greetings sir , I'm trying to setup my business emails onto ZOHO mail services using website domain. The steps iv'e managed to complete so far are : Verified the domain - Valid DKIM ---------- The SPF and MX records are a bit tricky to setup , here is why . I currently have two dedicated servers : One is hosting my emails and the other my website (Two separate cPanels) Since they are both two separate servers I don't have to worry for my emails if the website goes down . - The website is under

Assigning ticket to an agent in another department.
I have 4 departments. One of them, "General Support" is the default department. When a ticket is submitted, I don't want everyone in that department to get a notification, just 2 of us. How can I designate which agents get notified when a new ticket is submitted.

Hello all, I am facing a problem with one of my company email. I tried for a long time to send an email and I always receive this error: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.23 SPF access denied; The problem seems to appear when I try to send to a specific email account. Followed everything but DKIM and SPF just won't work
Hey guys, Just wanted to ask why even if I have everything set properly, to the last detail, SPF, DKIM, MX, Cname and all the other requirements, Zoho Mail still tells me that my SPF and DKIM are not configured properly. MX already works, but only SPF and DKIM dont. This makes it hard for me since when I tried using registering to facebook, it didn't work and I haven't been getting the confirmation code. Please help me out.

Iframed editor reports old web browser version
Hi there, We've been using Zoho docs for a while now with out any issues at all. But lately we've received some reports from one of our customers were this (see attached image below) error message are being displayed. They're using Windows 7 with Internet explorer 11. Are there any known issues with this setup? Or might there be an issue with detecting current user agent (web browser)?

Two Factor Authentication no backup SMS
I have set up Two Factor Authentication on my account and have configured it to use the Google Authentication option and this works fine. But in the event I loose access to this authenticator i tried using the "Can't access your smart phone" option and chose the option to recieve an SMS via my Alternative Numbers, but an SMS is never sent. I then tried the Get by phone call and that did work. Is there some way I can get the SMS option working as a backup?

You have some flaws in your programing
I have been playing around with the new template design function online and have noticed a few flaws. I created a table with 6 columns and the top row has the names of the columns. I added spaces to help size the widths of the columns. I noticed if I email the template from my computer the columns widths do not save. HOWEVER If I email the template from within my iPad app the columns widths are saved how I set them. Another thing I noticed is I can not save a table width by set pixels. It reverts
