bug on invoice and quotes
For the last couple of days invoices and quotes does not appear to always be updating amounts correctly so that the totals are incorrect. We sometimes need to close and open the form several times before it sorts it self out. IDEAS
Email accounts?
On the control panel online when I click on Accounts to see the list how do I send emails to them? I see no link to send emails. I do however see a link on my iPad but would prefer to send the email from the website control panel.
Sales invoice imporation problem
Hi, Just started working with zoho book. Want to import sales invoice from a csv. The Template provided has different fields from the extration of sales invoice. Not sure what's missing in the Template. When I try upload, it's not working there is a mapping error message. I use the french version, here is the message: La taxe ou la raison de l’exonération fiscale est requise. Cannot key all invoices, it will take me to much time. Any ideas?

Sent emails from mobile not syncing with Outlook Sent items
Dear Zoho Mail Support, We are using outlook in computer and email setup in mobile for users. When users are sending email from mobile it is not syncing to outlook sent items folder but at the same time it is appearing on the webmail sent items folder. I am new to Zoho Creator and I wanted to use Captcha screens in my form validation settings and make a HTTP POST request to Zoho REST API in App Inventor 2 to add, delete and update records. What link name do I need to use for the verification code in my requests - VerificationCode and captcha didn't seem to work? If I use a web viewer to view the Captcha image in a published form can I use its value and pass it as a parameter to a separate POST request to the REST API?

Have the Time Entry section Description field pre-populate with a template?
Hi All, As the title says, we'd like the take the Time Entry section pre-populate with a template so our techs can just fill in the blanks instead of typing in the whole lot. Something like: Date completed: <blank>, Work completed by: <blank>, Fault reported: <blank>. Resolution: <blank>. This would really help out our admin staff so they don't need to re-write invoices if a tech does a sloppy job with notes... Is this possible or not at present? Would like to hear from Zoho CRM users.... Does anyone have a really good method or uses an add-on to manage files for Accounts. The issue i'm finding is that is cumbersome to upload and download files. We get a lot of attachments through emails and we would like to drag and drop the attachments into the account or accounts folder straight from Outlook. API getRecords and Layouts
If a field "Sample Field" is added to a specific Layout "New Layout" and is not added to the "Standard" layout, the getRecords method does not return any data related to the "Sample Field". Calendar not accurate to subscribed users.

Good morning, I have created a trial helpdesk with one of my company email accounts and invited myself as an administrator. But every time I try to login to the .eu helpdesk, I'm redirected to the .com site. I though I made a mistake and set up a trial helpdesk there as well, but still want to login to the .eu site. How to auto populate field Pick List menu
Hello, I imported records into existing field types and the "Lead Source" field is a Pick List field type. There are about 20 different phrases, ie, lead sources in that field in the database I imported. Is there a way to have Zoho auto populate the menu list with the unique values of the 20 lead sources. Unattended access not working
I have about 20 computers on unattended access on zoho assist but for some reason i have 1 or 2 computers that i try and add but they will not show up as online on zoho assit on the desktop app or the online version. So I'm having issues with setting up my SPF in my Go Daddy DNS. For the TXT value i've tried both: v=spf1 a mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all The setup says to use the bottom one, but I've also seen the top recommended. So which is it? Also, on the mobile Zoho Mail app, I've noticed the "From" shows it's sent from "contact" while my computer shows it's from my actual web site name. Why the difference? Why is every activity HIGH priority?
Hi there. It seems that Zoho CRM is set to default every activity as HIGH priority. Can we change this to default to NORMAL? If every activity is 'high' priority, then really no activity is 'high' priority (if you know what I mean?).
