Hello, I need some help with Zoho Blueprint ussage. I've created a workflow and, in a determined point (2), it's possible to go back to a previous point (1). One of the conditions to access to point (1) is that determined field has to be empty (the field is pick list type). So, first time I access to (1), condition is reached. After that, value in the mentioned field changes. Once I arrive to point (2), I've configured as 'after' condition, to update mentioned field. But in this case I can't select

Update Quantity in record of lookup
I have a attached a test application to work out a problem I'm having. As a row item is added to an invoice , I'm trying to subtract the quantity from the underlying lookup record quantity. If we are inserting XML data into our leads module via insertRecords method, is there any way to not show that was successful based on parameters? For example, We don't want to accept FL leads. <FL val="State">FL</FL> When this xml data is executed, I want to get a response that says record was not successfully inserted. Is the only way to do this through a webhook? Or is there a way for that success (as in screenshot) to show up as not successful?

Setting an opportunity "on hold"
Hi there, is it possibly to set an opportunity "on hold" for an amount of time? In my current case we have an opportunity where we need to get back to the client not mid of next month - but it pops up in every sales meeting as it wasn't decided on until now (and will not before mid of next month). The only solution we came up with so far, was to delete and recreate it next month.

Emails do not open in tab
I usually press 't' to open long emails in a new tab as viewing is easier. For past few weeks, none of my emails display when I do this. I also tried right-clicking an email and selecting the option "Open in tab" but that doesn't work too. The error I get is this. a new blank tab opens, There is a small sign which says "Loading.." the tab stays that way no matter how long I leave it for.

A couple of days ago, I tried to send an email using Mozilla Thunderbird. Receiving emails wasn't a problem, but the connection to the smtp.zoho.eu server couldn't be established. I read about this problem in the forum, unfortunately the zoho employees asked to send them an email at support@zoho.com. So, I did that aswell, including screenshots of configuration and a tracert. I didn't hear back from them since then. Is it usual that they don't reply/don't care?

How can I create multiple labels for the Quantity value in an invoice template?
I'm trying to bill for services by the hour plus add expenses by the each. But I cannot figure out how to customize the way the items are described. The services are saved as a project with time entry and set to bill by the hour. I add the project to an invoice using my template. In my template, I set the label for "Quantity" to say "Hours" at the top. That part works as I'd expect. But I also have unbilled expenses that I add to the invoice. These expenses are categorized and given a dollar amount.

Problems with Ñ in domain
Hello, we have a problem with the recognition of the domain in human language, to register the domain we use the machine language for the ñ, but when wanting to access or send mail from outside, the address of the domain is not reconciled in human language. Thing that happens in any other service external to Zoho. Example domain is decxxxxx.com in machine language is @ xn--decxxxxxxx-4db.com In different hostings and services we have no problems, can you tell us if we have to put any special settings?

Formatting Custom End Page in Survey

But the default format = Centered and there's no obvious ability for me to change it to left align (like there there is in the formatting menu above on this question box.
