Unable to receive emails
I know this has been posted a lot but I can't seem to find my response. I can send emails and receive reply emails however I am unable to receive emails of any other kind. I have sent a number of test emails and have been unable to get them BUT if I first send an email from ZOHO and reply to that I am able to get that. Any ideas? Everything seems to be set up correctly between my domain manager and zoho. Any help muchly appreciated. Thank you
Embedded calendar not showing current day in upcoming events template
I am using template #7 embedded in an iframe on my website. It shows upcoming events. I just noticed that it does not show events for the current day. These events are day-long events, and I think they should be shown. Auto payments in creator
I am building an app that will take online sign ups and where users can subscribe to services. The app should integrate with Stripe to set up a payment record (user token getting stored to Creator) and charge the credit card each month for the services. step 1: on new user registration through a Zoho Creator form, user is presented with a Stripe form to enter payment information; step 2: after succesful credticard registration, user is sent back to my website. Payment token is stored in Zoho Creator.
Custom Module connecting Potentials and Leads
I created a custom module called Partners. I put a lookup field on the Potentials and Leads module linked to my custom module (Partners). I want to make a report that lists Potentials and Leads for each Partner. However I go to create a report with Partners, and do not see Leads nor Potentials listed. How do I do this?

Imap issue with Office 365 Small Business Premium
In Outlook we have an associated IMAP account from Zoho. I consistently get two error messages. The first one locks up Outlook and will not let me doing anything. See the screen shot - IMAP1 below. After a while, the second message occurs - see IMAP 2 below. When this happens, not only is Outlook unavailable, but all other computer applications are interrupted essentially rendering my computer useless. These error messages can occur in rapid succession repeatedly. Very Very annoying. Charles

When I update dns to s3 on godaddy , incomming mail stop working 2. and when I update mx to zoho on godaddy , my website stop working. Using Macros for internal tasks
Is it possible to use macros for company-internal communications? The use case is: When a client makes a purchase for the first time, we need to set them up on our internal accounting system, and I would like to create a macro that sends the information we have in the CRM to a person in our accounting department who is not a CRM user. I have set up an e-mail merge template, but it seems that the only option with macros is to send an e-mail to the contact on the record I'm using to run the macro.

Is there a program to import contacts from Outlook (2010 - NOT exchange) to Zoho mail? Is there a way to import email from Outlook (2010 - NOT Exchange) to Zoho mail. Relying on IMAP to synchronize won't work as this is for an extra POP3 account.

Newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ). AutoNumber issue
We send out mail and use the current CRM's contact ID (or as we call it an account number) and we ask them when calling in to let us know that number so we can look the up quicker. I was told that in Zoho, in order to keep an autonumbering capabilities while adding new leads, I would have to create a custom field. The LeadsID is not searchable in Zoho. I was testing importing leads and the autonumber custom field I created is not shown as choice when mapping my imported data. So am I doing something

Universal address field.
Hi, Is is possible for you to create an address field for when you are creating a new module instead of having to create your own using Single Line/Multi-Line fields? This way the address' are consistent throughout all modules and Zoho programmes which makes syncing between modules/programmes easier. You have this in Zoho Forms which even allows you to edit the Address Elements to suit what you require (see attached), but I cannot see it anywhere else. Thanks.

Rules & Actions - Enterprise Edition
We are using the Enterprise Edition of Zoho. We need to perform a custom set of action for a particular contact baed on the account they are associated with. We started down the path of using Rules but have found the limitation of the Enterprise edition supports only 20 rules. So based on our understanding of how Zoho works this would limit us to 20 accounts ( 20 custom rules ). Even if we upgrade, the next limitation is 50 which is still to limiting for us. Sales Orders - Contact Name question (insert Sales Order using the api)
Hi, We're importing records into Zoho from a database, using the api. When importing sales orders: the import function provides all the details, including Contact Name. However, when there's more than one contact with that same name, it seems that Zoho takes the first contact with that name (first in terms of Zoho id), and associates it with the order; I'd expect it to select the contact that also has the Email given in the order details, as Email is the unique field for contacts. How to add customer/contact ID to sales order via api.
Hello, We have a webform that creates a new contact, and then add a sales order with that contact as customer. The only way I have found to add the contact to the sales order, is by using the "Contact Name". My concern is that we might get costumers with same names, so I would like to use the ID i get in return when creating a Contact, to link the sales order to that contact, by ID, not name. what field should I put the Contact-ID in, in the Sales Order XML?
