**UPDATE: RESOLVED** For anyone that is having a similar issue, try this workaround before attempting to have the Zoho techs fix it. I have been in communication with them for weeks about this and they can't seem to fix the issue. Thinking it may have just been my computer or my browser, I tried two different computers on two different networks, each running different versions of Windows, and tried it on Chrome, Firefox and IE; nothing worked. So, needless to say, it's an issue with Zoho somewhere.

Can't connect phone to Zoho business email
I try to connect Android email client with my business' Zoho Mail and it says authentication failed. I used imap.zoho.com, port 993, with SSL, using my email address as username. This worked on my previous Android phone, but I can't get it to work on this one. So I'm forced to use Zoho Mail app, which only works for Zoho Mail and I'd like to have all my email handled by the same app.
Question regarding sent emails
Good day. I have a problem that I can't find a solution to. As of right now, I am the newest employee to my team. A part of my job is to create a list of those that we haven't contacted in a while. when I dig through these leads, I scroll all of the way through and I find that this person has not been contacted in any manner. My co-worker, can see all of the emails anyone has sent to this particular person. I can't see any emailed leads whatsoever before 12/10/16. Basically I can't see any emails
Posting XML to insertRecords
Is there a way to POST XML data to the insertRecords endpoint? (https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Leads/insertRecords?authtoken=AuthToken&scope=crmapi&xmlData=Your XML Data) Currently I've only been able to attach the data (url encoded) in the URL string. This means that we can only insert 5 records at at a time, rather than the 100 promised by the API documents. The URL limit is usually around the 2000 character limit, which is quickly used up by the verbose XML format.

Hello, I am having an issue with https://creator.zoho.com/learndeluge/ . Whenever I hit the "execute" button it switches to "executing..." and freezes. The app is able to return errors without freezing. Google developer console reports this error, as well, "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input". It Would Be Great if Completed Tasks Would Grey Out
Currently when tasks are completed they only grey out on MacOS in the sticky note while it is open. This greyed out styling should be mimicked on other devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) and should also occur when the sticky is minimized (not full screen).
Issue with HST Retun settings
I am not sure why anyone is not talking about this. So zoho books calculate HST quarter based on your company fiscal year. But for CRA quarters are fixed. Jan-Mar, April-June, July-Sept and Oct-Dec. So for my company fiscal year is Sept-Aug and Zoho books is creating quarter as Sept-Nov for CRA I need quarters Oct-Dec. I like this product and can not use it and this is big reason. Any one else have same issue ??

Emails deleted on iPhone reappearing with Active Sync
Hi, I have been looking at this for a couple of hours now and cannot seem to resolve. Basically I have two accounts setup on my personal domain, one for me and one for the wife. I have setup both accounts on our iPhones as exchange mailboxes and mine seems to be working fine, but on my wife's it is not possible to delete mail on the phone, it just reappears. If I delete the mail from the web access then it will disappear from the phone, just not when done the other way. Can anyone explain why changes

I use Outlook. If I send an e-mail in Outlook, I don't see the copy on Zoho (online). But, if I send an e-mail using Zoho (online) I see the copy in Outlook. Something is wrong with the configuration, but I'm not sure what. Can someone help?

Calendar not syncing correctly from Outlook.
I have my business email setup as an exchange activesync account in Outlook 2016. Mail and contacts are syncing fine but not all events are syncing on the calendar. Only some of them show up on the website and then on my phone. I've tried saving my entire calendar as a .ics file and uploading it to zoho.com and then I get some appts showing at the wrong time and still not all of them show up or sync out to the phone.
