Puedo enviar correos no así recibirlos
Hola buenas tardes, ¿porque no puedo recibir correos en mi Gmail pero si enviar desde mi misma cuenta Gmail?. Accedo a mi cuenta en Zoho y están ahí atorados. Esto no me sirve porque duplica el tiempo que ocupo revisando una cuenta y otra. Si me pueden orientar estaré agradecida. Excelente día.
Emails deleted on iPhone reappearing with Active Sync
Hi, I have been looking at this for a couple of hours now and cannot seem to resolve. Basically I have two accounts setup on my personal domain, one for me and one for the wife. I have setup both accounts on our iPhones as exchange mailboxes and mine seems to be working fine, but on my wife's it is not possible to delete mail on the phone, it just reappears. If I delete the mail from the web access then it will disappear from the phone, just not when done the other way. Can anyone explain why changes

E-mail sync using Outlook and Zoho online
I use Outlook. If I send an e-mail in Outlook, I don't see the copy on Zoho (online). But, if I send an e-mail using Zoho (online) I see the copy in Outlook. Something is wrong with the configuration, but I'm not sure what. Can someone help?

Calendar not syncing correctly from Outlook.
I have my business email setup as an exchange activesync account in Outlook 2016. Mail and contacts are syncing fine but not all events are syncing on the calendar. Only some of them show up on the website and then on my phone. I've tried saving my entire calendar as a .ics file and uploading it to zoho.com and then I get some appts showing at the wrong time and still not all of them show up or sync out to the phone.

I am unable to send email to AOL email addresses. I can send and receive email from all other email addresses. There isn't an issue with AOL because I can send email to AOL email addresses using my gmail address. Import Tasks and Associate / Relate
I am trying to input data from Salesforce. I successfully imported Accounts, Contacts and Deals. However, now I am in the process of trying to import Tasks. I have structured the CSV file so that each Tasks is associated with the Zoho Deal ID and Contact ID (I got these by exporting the data from Zoho). Hey team, Has anyone got any examples of accessing Creator records from CRM? I want to add a button in my Potentials CRM View Detail page that gets the Deal ID, looks up that Deal ID in a Creator Module and then adds a record to another Creator Module. I'm noticing an issue where sometimes when I open up the app the notes that I wrote on MacOS get jumbled with notes I wrote on iOS iPhone. Two completely different notes will get combined sometimes, or they become ungrouped and sometimes even appear in the wrong notebook.

Email Account Disabled Again!
This happened a week ago, I stopped receiving email and realized a few days later my account at rene@renemichaels.com was disabled in the zoho mail settings. I clicked on "disabled" and was able to enable it. But today it happened again but this time if I try to enable it, nothing happens and it is still disabled.
Mass update not working on Report page for Campaign
I'm trying to update a field based on which users have clicked on a campaign. There is an option to choose "Mass Update" and then choose a field to update. I have created a field called "followup" and I mass-update this field to "true." I get a popup saying the update was successful. Then I go to the Segment that is supposed to show all contacts with "followup" as "true." No contacts have been added. The mass update has not worked. Importing into Task Module / Nothing Imported into the Contact Name or Related to fields
I successfully imported account and contact records into the Account and Contact Modules. I then imported task records into the Task Module but nothing imported into the Contact Name field even though I had values in the csv file that matched the Contact Name field in the Contact Module.
