Criteria for if "date is equal to or after today"
I am trying to fetch records where the date is after today. What is the criteria for dates that are equal to and after today? I tried date After today; date After zoho.currentdate; date >= today; date >= zoho.currentdate; But none of these work
SearchRecord function in custom function doesn't work same as api for custom module
Hey, We met a critical problem that blocks our script to work. The searchRecords function for our custom module doesn't work in custom function same as the api. We do exactly the same search with zoho.crm.searchRecords and zoho crm search api, in custom scripts it returns an 4500 error, but with api client it returns the expected result. Is there an api to get customer replies from zoho desk I've been looking into this one https://support.zoho.com/api/json/requests/getrequestthreads?authtoken=[auth token]&portal=[portal]&department=[department]&requestid=[case id]&showoriginal=true But it only returns a summary of the content and not the full reply. Tax calculation not adding correctly
I'm having a problem with my taxes on invoices. Currently I have two taxes set up; PST at 7.0% and GST at 5.0%. I've set them up as a group so that they display separately however when the two are added together as a group they add up to 12.35% for some reason. This means that I'm constantly overcharging taxes. I checked both rates a reset them to 7.0 and 5.0 respectively but it hasn't changed the group rate. I need to get this fixed soon. Can anyone help me with this?

Custom template question
Is it possible to create one custom template that can be used for both leads and accounts? I am finding I have to create it twice, once for leads, once for accounts. Can I just create it once and put it in one folder? When I elect to send an email I would like to see ALL the templates I have created and be able to select any one of them.

Changes to calendar view broken and won't save
Hi, I'm trying to change my default calendar view to use Asian date format yyyy-mm-dd, 24hr clock and start the week on Monday. Every time I make these changes I get confirmation that its successful. However, its only partially successful. The week view is correct, the month view is not: the day name tags do start Monday, but the actual calendar grid still shows Sunday as the first day, with the day number correct for Sunday.
