Check for Submitted Form
I would like to check each morning for a form submission due but not yet submitted. I have a list of people who are required to submit a form for today (Monday through Friday) by 9AM the next day. They are asking for a reminder to be generated at 7AM if they forgot to submit the form yesterday. I will use my SMS function or Sendmail to send the reminder. The people submitting the form choose their name from a filtered lookup to a separate application. The form has Date_field which collects the

When I go to sites.zoho.com, I get a blank screen. When I go to zoho.com, I can log in but when I select sites, I again get a blank screen. I get this from both of my laptops, 1 mac, 1 windows.

Duplicated Contacts
Hi, I have a problem with CRM and my duplicated contacts. Hope someone can help. I'm trying to create a View List for a mass email out of Contacts. However when i created the list I end up getting a number of duplicated contacts. I ran the deduplicate contacts and studied the results. Turns out that the Contacts themselves are not duplicated. Rather the view list I created made a contact for each contact and the same subsequent contact for each product that that contact has listed on their page.
How to manage permissions to view other users entries
How do we manage permission to see other user's email sent to Zoho CRM contacts We have users not seeing emails sent by other users including myself. I even have emails sent by my own email account (various permitted aliases) that are captured by Zoho (leads are generated) but emails are not visible by myself. My user is an admin account, and the Zoho documentations clearly states "A user with an Administrator profile will have access to all the data irrespective of the role assigned to the user"

OPPORTUNITY ============= I have a business opportunity XX I can not make phone calls from my mobile. The phone icon at the bottom is not active. CONTACT ======== I make a phone call with my mobile using Zoho CRM app And the mobile app asks me if I want to register the phone call. It works using the contact but not he opportunity. Can't read pdf attachments on zoho mail on ipad
Hi, My boss has an ipad 2 that he travels with. When he accesses his zoho email on the ipad, if there is a .pdf attachment he is unable to read it. If, however, he forwards the same email to his old AOL email, he can open the attachment and read it on his ipad. He has the latest version of his pdf viewer. Is there an issue with .pdfs and the zoho mobile email app that anyone is aware of? Thanks.

Hello, Please help! I was working on my website and since last 2 days after I log into my Zoho Sites account the page results to this website cannot display the page. In Chrome it just shows a blank page. See attachment. I tried everything from my end, deleting all temp files, history, cookies. I tried pinging sites.zoho.com and it results in request times out. However, I can access Zoho mail and other apps. Its only the Zoho Sites website builder area. Thank you Ameen

I already configured my zoho mail on my iOS device and I receive the emails. However, it fails to send emails and gives me the following message: "The connection to the outgoing server "stmp.zoho.com" failed." Hi, suddenly, I log into my sitebuilder account and all I see is a blank page. I do not see the sitebuilder any more. I cannot edit the site since the page is blank. I have tried many things like switching browsers, using another computer, and still the same. The account I use to log in to zoho sites is publilaser@maxsheaven.com. I can log in and go to ZOHO ACCOUNTS and everthing is fine there. but I go to sites and is blank. I really need your help because I am building a site than need to be finished

Updating a Dashboard
I want to do one of 2 things - 1. Be able to Update the Resolution Time Dashboard to filter out certain Tickets, Subjects, etc. OR 2. Use one of my existing reports, I want to be able to add the Resolution Time field. I cannot see how to do either of these. Text Editor in Zoho Desk: Bold Not Working
My team just started using Zoho Desk, and unfortunately, we've found that the text editor leaves much to be desired. One huge sticking point is that making text bold doesn't really work. When text is highlighted and Bold is selected, the text changes very, very slightly. Unless you're looking closely, the text doesn't appear to change at all, though the editor shows the Bold styling button as "pressed," or affecting the selected text. Hello, I configured a free zoho mail yesterday and it was sending and receiving email just fine. However, when I used a hosting other then godaddy, that's when I realized that I no longer receive emails. Hello everyone, I started using Creator today and found it great for an outgoing proyect. I have been reading doc but can't find a simple explanation to this. TLDR Im developing a real estate app. Have a form with Buyer data and specifications (ex. property type, betrooms, etc). Have a form with Properties list. disabling Zoho's obstructive "spam" filter
spam filters are supposed to be helpful, but Zoho's "spam" filter does nothing but make work for me as 99.9999% of the messages it catches are false positives, and the only way to change the filter's behavior is on a message-by-message basis (this is incredibly poor design, folks). i've already been informed that there's no way to disable this broken filter (another major design flaw) and i have a perfect spam filter of my own running on all my computers and don't want or need Zoho's "help" controlling

I can't connect to OSTicket
Hello. I have tried to connect my OSticket application that, before the Zoho Mail implementation, was OK using the same email address, but never using PHP mail function (there's another post that solved this issue using that function). I have been getting this error (attached). I have verified the access to the mailbox through Zoho Portal using user/pass settings and all is OK. Even the Two Factor Authentication is off, and POP is ON. So, what is the problem?
