Any way to transform a submission from Zoho form to an attachemtn in CRM??
We have a form created in Zoho Form, we need this one to go to CRM, but not as an entry on any Module, instead we need the information taken from the form to be an attachment and put it on any Lead, Contact or Account on CRM. For example. By selecting a name field, its going to a certain account, not as an entry, but as an attachment. Is it possible??

Zoho Creator Application is Crashing on Android
Zoho Creator is awesome on my Apple Device. My colleague's Samsung Galaxy S6 is crashing when using the Application. Images are undersized and and will not enlarge when I press on them on his Samsung. This has provided me with a great deal of fuel to tease and ridicule him for not buying an Apple. I was wondering if the Application has a history of being unstable on Androids and if an update is coming that will rectify this in the near future? Thank you for your help. I'm trying to export data to a table in Zoho Reports using Zoho Upload Tool. I can successfully run the query and get the results in Oracle (using TO_DATE conversion for text fields with date value), but using the exactly same query in database_sql_queries.xml gives me the following error when I run the UploadFromDB.bat: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01861: o literal não corresponde à string de formato at oracle.jdbc.driver.DatabaseError.throwSqlException(DatabaseError.java:125) at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:305)
Customer Portal Customization Issues
I'm having a couple issues trying to get my customer portal the way I want it to. 1. I'd like to remove or change the text in the top bar of the screen and I'm having a hard time finding how to do this. Right now it's saying my company name but my logo right next to that already says the company so it's really repetitive. 2. I'd like to add more clickable icons like in the "Customer Portal Essentials" section. How am I able to add these?

Lets face it, the Captcha feature does not eliminate all spam. I would like to put in a request to beef up the Zoho WebForm featue to eliminate the Captcha because it is an out of date and Bots still get around it. What kind of client wants to fill out a Captcha? its just an unwanted step that turns away prospective clients. Search for email across all accounts
Hi I just signed up for an account. As admin in my current email server I can access all company emails and can search for emails if someone is away on holiday or find an email and forward it to several people. We also have an account that shows every email into and out of the organisation so we can search for emails that way too. What sort of similar functionality can I get using your system? Amazon work mail lets the admin search for emails this way so I am wondering why yours does not appear to.

Hi all, when im trying to modificate a status of a ticket,for example from open to closed, appears a popup that says: "The ticket has been succesfully updated" And then a message that says: "The allocation rules ofthis ticket has modified the Ticket" Click on update, and the status of the ticket comeback to "Open". Shared calendar
when sharing a calendar with someone using also zoho mail/calendar, I select my own calendar/tasks to be shown in red for instance and the other person´s calendar to show on my own calendar in blue. So I select red for may own and blue for the other person´s calendar. This doesnt really work.. it shows on the colors the other person has selected for each one of his tasks. Docs features are continuing to evolve nicely but some small enhancements would be appreciated.... Docs | Add to New bill.... Then select Purchase order outstanding & all works fine except that we then need to select the tax rate unnecessarily as it's already selected in the item details & on the purchase order itself & with 10+ items in the PO this becomes tedious ! It would be nice to be shown any difference in value between the PO & Bill so that we can accept & save or query the bill ?

Aging Details By Bill Due Date: Group by Due Date
Please add the ability to sort / group the A/P aging report by due date. currently, we have to add this column to the report and it does not allow us to sort or group by the due date. We need to filter by month of payable not all of the outstanding bills. ~Ideally, this is how it would show on our Dashboard also instead of only grouped by overdue or current. Thanks! -Gina

The social plugin on a lead's page will lookup the lead based upon its name. Eg.: The name of my lead is 'Dick Tracey". When I click on "search for Dick Tracey on Facebook" I get 10 results. Which one is my lead. Here's my tip to improve this: I also have an email of Dick Tracy: dicktracey1975@yahoo.com (random address for this example) There's a good chance that Dick uses this same address as his facebook login. It would be better is zoho crm would lookup my lead on facebook on the email address

Inventory adjustments - feature request
I would like to be able to adjust all items on a single screen when we do year-end inventory. Quickbooks does this by showing an alphabetical list of all items (or you can sort by description) with a column showing the stock on hand amount and an empty column where you enter how many you actually have per the count. When you have several hundred items or more, this saves us from having to adjust each one individually

How do I set up a default reminder for tasks in templates? I reminders for the day it is due, however it is very annoying to have to manually put this in every time. How do I set up Zoho so that it automatically includes a reminder on the day the task is due?
