Shared calendar

when sharing a calendar with someone using also zoho mail/calendar, I select my own calendar/tasks to be shown in red for instance and the other person´s calendar to show on my own calendar in blue. So I select red for may own and blue for the other person´s calendar. This doesnt really work.. it shows on the colors the other person has selected for each one of his tasks. I dont know if i am explaining myself clearly enough..

I want the other persons calendar to show in a specific colour on my own calendar, but this person on his own calendar puts appointments with providers in yellow, and appointments with clients in blue, for instance... so they show on my calendar with the colour he selects, so in the end instead of seeing on my own calendar clearly what his appointments are or how busy he is in the week, i have it all a mess mixing the colours of his calendar with mine. Imagine when we are 4 people sharing calendar.. 

Any suggestions??
