Export to Import cycle destroys Form relationships. What is the recommended teqnique to maintain record IDs and relationships?
When a record is deleted its key ID is also deleted from any related lookup fields. How can we export to excel a record set and reimport? The import will not overwrite existing or update existing records as far as I can tell. So I deleted the records so the import could succeed. If we use filters and i have it opened with a filter selected whoever is working on it at the same time will see his screen the way I see it, with the filters I selected so he has to stop whatever he is doing until I finish using the filter... SalesIQ time on site is wrong!?
We use SalesIQ to make statistics bout how long users spend on our site. However we have noticed that even if a user just enters a page and closes the page right after, SalesIQ keeps it alive for more than a minute and reports back that time on page is 1min and 5-10 sec. It is off with more than a minute !?? It is important for us to know if Adwords users just bounce off the page right away. What is wrong? Google Analytics also tells another story about the bounce rate!?
Trusted emails going into Spam, 3rd Request!
I inquired about this twice in the last 24 days but have not yet had a response. Please advise. Within the last two months emails from trusted sources have been incorrectly going into my spam folder despite being in my email whitelist. The senders are using zoho accounts, and are sending around 2 emails a week or less from within the same network. This has not been a problem until recently, and now we are having to check both inbox and spam for important emails. Eli

How to show a project name in the header an Retainer Invoice?
I see that from the Project module one can create Estimates, Invoices, and Retainer Invoices and they are associated with that project. Great! But, if I create a Retainer Invoice this way the Project Name appears outside of the actual invoice, not listed in the header (as it is with Estimates and Invoices). Is there a way to list the Project Name in the header of a Retainer Invoice without having to manually type it in?
