Deleted field still shows in customer portal
Hi I am currently customising and regularly testing/mapping new fields and having new dependencies with out Zoho Desk. I recently added a field and mapped it to one category and it appeared in the customer portal. I have since changed my mind about including that category and deleted the field and removed its dependency however it still appears in the customer portal. Is this a bug in zoho as I cannot see anywhere that i can remove it. Many Thanks Nicholas

I am almost done with our website and my client noticed that the sub title at the very top of the website is not clearly seen (please see attached photo). How can I edit that part so that the rest of the words are placed on the next row of that sub title and not overlapping on the man's blue shirt?

Hi, I want to send a mail notification after filling in dates in a form on a website. The from adress should be my "office" adress. But I just can choose the admin user as from mail adress. Customer Satisfaction Survey without details?
I would like to have the customer satisfaction survey presented after every ticket, but I want it to only ask for Satisfied/Unsatisfied. I do not want to collect or ask for detailed satisfaction results as part of this automated process. This would allow for a one-click answer submission from the e-mail the customer would receive - they can click Satisfied or Unsatisfied, and it will record their result without asking for more information and requiring another mouse click. Expanded function of USERS and USER ROLES
Has there been any consideration for more expanded function or custom user roles? For example I would love to define a user role as only capable of seeing and facilitating details around a single product or multiple products. I can imagine all kinds of uses for this. The only way i see this as available today is to set up multiple organizations but then there is no where to have consolidated reporting across all products. Any suggestions or thoughts?
Change rate per hour without retroactively changing reports
Hi, our organisation sometimes needs to change the rate of a employee in an ongoing project in books, if for instance they get promoted and their rate changes. Currently, I can't see a way of doing this without all reports being retroactively changed with this new rate. Is there a way of freezing a rate, or selecting a rate by date range?
Accessing Image Gallery not possible
We need all our Agents to be able to work on bulding Knowledge Base content. However only the CEO has the ability to pouplate the Gallery with images... how do we give others access to upload images to the gallery !?
how to move category or subcategory without deleting content
if i created a category or subcategory and later decide I want to either rename it or move the content from one to another, how can this be done? when i go back to the content page and click edit. all i get is the ability to edit the content of the page only, not which category it is placed in.
Difference in Sales by Customer and Sales by Salesperson
Hello. I noticed a difference today in terms of Sales numbers showing up differently in 2 reports. I checked Sales by Salesperson report for a period which showed a higher amount, whereas Sales by Customer and Sales by Item is showing a lesser total amount. Any reason for this ? Please clarify.

Docs continues to be very laggy in typing. I type a sentence and wait a few seconds for it to appear. This sucks. Whats up? Have clear browser cache. Net connection is fast. I can type this message no problem in zoho forums but in DOCS its painful. About to go back to Office... Thanks in advance.

Time Difference Indicator based on Country
Has anyone ever built a custom function to calculate the time difference between here (Ireland) and the origin of a lead. For example a field on the record that populates upon creation to indicate how many hours of a time difference are between here and that leads country (e.g -6 hours). I'd imagine the custom function would say 'if country= Spain, 'Time difference= +2'... It would be really helpful for our sales reps to be able to sort their views based on this field. Unable to filter Timesheet entries
Hi, In the All Timesheet page, you can choose to filter your entries by selecting a different status in the "View By" drop-down: However, lately, this option keeps producing an error whenever the filter is changed to anything other than "All": I believe the culprit appears in the resulting route (URL) when the change is made. You can see in the address bar that the filter_by parameter is changed to Status.Unbilled%2Cundefined. I assume the undefined has no business being there at all: Let me know
User roles
Do you plan on adding the same functionality as you have in ZBooks when it comes to defining custom user roles? In ZSubscriptions we have the standard roles:Staff and Admin. Basically I would like another role containing Staff+reports+Dashboard
Functions within a form (Form scope, not application scope)
Wondering if it's possible to create a reusable function with form scope only. It appears Creator only allows application scope functions. Form scope functions would make it easier to reuse code that is specific to the form and make for less lines of code and easier maintenance.

Problem syncing timezone from Zoho to Macbook Calendar
Hi, When Zoho Calendar events sync with my ical on Macbook it changes from U.S. Pacific to GMT. My settings on the Macbook are for PST. It works fine with my iPhone calendar, just not the one on the Macbook. I am on OS Sierra. Can this be fixed? Take care, Mark

Duplicate DKIM settings
