Entourage 2008 sending failure
I have had two users who have Mac os 10.7 and Entourage 2008 have sending failures in since Wednesday (2/22/17) It appears they can no longer connect to ssl / smtp.zoho.com / port 465. did a certificate or ssl policy change that would cause them to no longer connect. I verified that they can talk to other SMTP servers on 465 (smtp.gmail.com) but they will no longer work on smtp.zoho.com. Any suggestions or options. Merge tags not functioning in Campaigns
I have read the instructions for inserting the First Name merge tag about 25 times and followed them to the letter. I still get $[FNAME]$ showing in my test emails. The instructions say copy and paste the merget tag you want and then click save and close. When I reopen, and send test email it still does not merge from the mailing list. Help! Need to personalize the emails so they will be received and opened!
Too much mail ending up in Spam
I recently noticed that many legitimate emails are ending up in the Spam folder. I have tried adding domains like "linkedin.com" to the whitelist and adding the senders to my Contacts but Zoho keeps sending them to Spam.

Hello, I was wondering what exactly odes a "row" means when importing data. Like if I have a CSV file, does that count as one row ? If a row has 2 columns and it is treated as one row. Does that mean that if I have a row with 25 columns, it will still be streated as one row ? Thank you very much
Simple Search for Jobs
I just went through a bunch of candidate profiles and matched them to new job descriptions. Is there any way you can have a simple search for matching to a new job much like the setup when you parse a candidate? Having to click "Posting Title" "Contains" "Spell" is way too cumbersome. It should just be a regular search bar and the contains search should be the standard based on title followed by keyword frequency like the simple search bar in the upper right Can you improve on this?

Hi there, I currently have a wellness@sportsroom.com.au account. I created a business@sportsroom.com.au secondary email. I wanted to know how I can send and receive emails under this account? Is it treated as two seperate accounts? (i.e. with individual inboxes, drafts, calendars etc.) If not, how can I make this happen? Info on configuring DKIM
I am getting a message, 'DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery.' I have looked at the info on configuring DKIM entries and I am totally bewildered by it. I am still getting e-mails OK. Do I need 'better e-mail delivery'? I don't know. Multiple Choice Question Format with Write-in Box for Each Choice

cursor position wrong when a link is in the same line
When I try to move the cursor to a position in a text line, the cursor appears at a position a few characters right of the intended position. Text, which I enter afterwards, appear at the intended position. This happens only on text lines which have links in it. And there only on the link itself or to the left of the link.
Unable to receive email from whitelisted domain
Hello, I used to be able to receive emails from this domain (kingsroadangkor.com) but recently the mails are no longer arriving. I added the domain to the whitelist but the problem is continuing. If I delete then recreate my account can I reuse the emails associated with the old account?
Hi! I screwed up while creating the email accounts for Algoists.com in that I used long-form names (i.e. vaclav.turacek@algoist.com instead of vac@algoists.com). I deleted all of the accounts then recreated them using the short form names and tried to use the long-form names as alias. Unfortunately, this lead to an "Alias Email Id already exists." error.
