outgoing email is blocked!
Hi there, my outgoing emails are blocked. can you please advice which part of zoho's email usage policy I have actually infringed? I've tried using the troubleshooting tool in control panel to unlock it, but it says to contact support. I've emailed support on Friday (for an account), and earlier today (for another account), but I have not heard back yet. Before I go on to subscribing to a paid service from you guys, I need to understand usage conditions under the free service first. Thank you.

Create presentation in portrait view mode; but it shows in landscape on cell phone. Why?
When I create a presentation ... in portrait view mode ... why does it show in landscape mode, when I view on a cell phone? I want it to show/stay in portrait view for the person viewing. I don't wan them to have to turn their phone to landscape...to view the presentation. How do I fix this? ... because I can't find the solution anywhere.

From all the tutorials ive seen on domain mapping my zoho site, domain.coms interface is different than godaddys and google domains. Im not entirely sure how to map to my domain.com domain, has anyone done this before that can help me?

First, I want to make sure that this important field is going to take action in my CRM under Zoho and need to create a field possibly using INDUSTRY drop-down ? to specify the data origin and to find it later on on Zoho. Help needed with Custom Deluge Script
I need to create a workflow which will automatically update a date field with a date based on another field date (which has been generated by a formula field) plus a given number of days. In this case 344days. I can work out the trigger part and validation conditions however I think I need a deluge custom script to complete this and am having great difficulty in writing one. Constant warnings about unconfigured SPF
For the last few weeks we have been getting regular errors and warnings about SPF entries not configured to match Zoho for our onny.io addresses. I would like all leads in my crm created from a form to also have a certain field checcked. how?
So I have a Zoho form that I use for perspective customers to fill at trade shows. This then creates a lead in my Zoho CRM. I would like it if there is a way so that when someone fills out the form it automatically marks the field lead source as Trade show, and the name of the trade show in another field. These are both fields already created in my CRM, just not sure how to attach them to the form. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
Can I set up my email as Exchange email accounts?
I am thinking of bringing over basically everything to ZOHO, starting with mail first. Currently my 3 domain email accounts remain as regular IMAP accounts. i would like them a bit more secure and synced as Exchange accounts and letting ZOHO do my hosting as well. My question is - once I sign up my domain within your mail program, is there an option to them convert my accounts from IMAP to Exchange accounts? Or should I set them up at Microsoft.com first as Exchange accounts. I am confused here -

Unable to set dependency in free version
Hi I seem unable to set a dependency in the free version of project. Is this because it's not available in free or am I doing something wrong? I go to the dependency view and enter the predecessor number in the predecessor box but when i navigate out of the box, the predecessor number disappears. Can anyone help? Thanks M
