I am getting this notification always. DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery. Testing filters with "Run Through Filter" is not working
Hi Zoho, It seems like testing filters with "Run Through Filter" icon is not working. Tested numerous times even with options "For all incoming messages" and "Move to folder" filter. Nothing happens. However, the filter did work for real incoming mail message. Kindly do the needful, thanks

Trouble displaying script value after entering data
I have a subform that I enter string data into 5 fields per record. So for example, size, color, shape, texture, durability. I would convert the data in each of the 5 fields into an integer that equals 1 only if it matches a particular entry using a series of if statements. So if the size is large then it gets a score of 1. If the color is red it gets a score of 1. If the shape is circular it gets a score of 1. If the texture is smooth it gets a score of 1. Field(s) not available for Mass Update
We have a commonplace situation in which one of our clients has changed the name of their company. I thought of using Mass Update on the several Contact records within that organization. It was very easy to select as criteria Account Name = "X", but when I proceeded to the Mass Update section, "Account Name" was not one of the fields I could select in the list box to modify. I don't know if this is just a complete oversight, or if someone somewhere thought there was a good reason not to include

Suggestions for Deposts using Zoho Invoice
Hi there, Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can incorporate the collection of deposits using Zoho invoice? We are a language school and require a deposit of 30% to secure a place on our courses. However, when using Zoho invoice it only allows me to send an invoice/request payment for the full amount (cant change the amount in the check-out procedure). Anyone have any ideas for this? Broc
zoho.crm.updateRecord changes record layout
Hi! I'm using the Deluge function zoho.crm.updateRecord("Potentials", "ID", updateMap) to update some records. However, every record that I update get's it's layout changed to "Standard" from whatever it was previously. How can I stop this behavior? Thanks!

Search FAILS with new email version

I am building an external app for a client. They have added to the Accounts records an "Affiliate Partner", which is really the renamed the Vendor Name. I can get individual Account records by Account Name and I can get Vendor records by the Affiliate Email. What I can't do is get a list of Accounts buy Affiliate. Underlying data translation for reports
Good Morning, When viewing a report's underlying data, is there a way to translate lookup columns into user-friendly data? Example:: I have a report that shows Average Winning Bid, which is a combination of multiple tables. When drilling in to the data, or viewing the underlying data, the lookup columns are still viewable as IDs, rather than the data they lookup. For example, I'd want 'Donated Item Auction Type' to show "Silent, Live, Premium", etc. vs. the ID.

Template formatting question
I place my invoices (and other forms) into 2-window envelopes. Editing the standard template allows me to place my logo nicely in the upper window. However, the "Ship To" address for the customer is a bit too low. Is there some way to raise the "Ship to" section up a bit closer to the bottom of the Logo? I don't see a way to do this in the template editor. I only need to raise it 2 or 3 lines up. I was thinking that if I could remove the "Balance Due" over to the right it might move up, but
