Soft Bounces to good email addresses
We have had a lot of soft bounces in recent campaigns. We have telephoned all them and the majority tell us the emaill address we have is correct and they have had no issues with the email box. Why do we get large numebrs of soft bounces? We need to understand the problem before three soft bounces tunrs them all into hard bounces.
Table settings UI to clear attributes not working
This concerns the otherwise impressive and useful UI to set attributes for tables, row, cells. It seems that the features that allow clearing (unsetting) the attributes don't work. Examples: For table, row and cell, the control "swatch" that sets background colors has an [x] button that clears the swatch, but doesn't clear the attribute of the table/row/cell. I am having quite a bit of problems setting up Zoho Mail on my phone. It keeps saying that it cannot connect to the server. I have checked everything several times to make sure the information is all accurate. Is there something going on with the IMAP servers today?
Bug? Zoho import create app from xls makes 'too long a decimal' from number
I did the following. Made a new blank excel spreadsheet with the following data: TestDec Name 20.4 Bob Saved the sheet. When to create an application from file. Chose the spreadsheet in question. The import fields are as follows: "Single Line" "Single Line" "TestDec" "Name" "20.39999999999 "Bob" No idea why zoho creates that decimal. If I change the fact it says "Single Line" to "Decimal", it still lists 20.399999999. If I try to finish the import, it gives an error

How can I turn off the spam filter in my email?
I am new to Zoho and not all that technically savvy. I am using Zoho email to receive emails from people responding to an advert and to follow up on the enquiries. Nearly every single email I receive is going into spam. The only instruction I can find talks about white lists and black lists which are useless to me as I don't know who will be emailing me. I can't find any other instructions on how to manage the spam filter. I am perfectly happy stopping the filter all together if that is the easiest
