Tasks do not show when entering site from bug e-mail
Steps to replicate: - Click on "View Bug Updates" in an e-mail notification about a bug - Click the "Back" button in upper left hand corner of the detailed Bug page. - "Tasks" will not show in the left sidebar, even after clicking around to other parts of the project and re-entering the project. - Manually going to projects.zoho.com will make Tasks appear. I experience this on latest version of Firefox (debian 64-bit) and Safari (MacOS), all up-to-date. Edit: Typos and clarity
Calendar Filter - Opened/Closed Tasks
It would be great if we could filter out completed Tasks in My Calendar tab on the Home page. Right now it shows both closed and open tasks, closed with a strikethrough. As someone who is assigned many Tasks, My Calendar looks overwhelmed. If we could get a filter for opened and/or closed tasks I could use this every day to view my upcoming workload on a monthly view. Thanks!

Hi Occasionally we send emails to all our customers, (around 90) and when I reach about 70 I get the message 'Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit '. When I get this I normally receive an email or see a link in the browser to reset the account but this isn't happening anymore? Please help. Thanks, Kevin

I am trying to build a User guide in your Knowledge base. I have a longer table of field descriptions that I am trying to paste into an article sub category. I get "Answer max length limit exceeded"!? What is the limit? Is there a way to extend this table is a look-up tool and hence will be long. It makes no sense to brake it up. What to do?

Removing a contact from Campaigns Drip followup.
We have a Drip campaign setup with 5 followup email to a list using Autoresponder - closed group . We would like to remove a contact from the followup drip based if the contact replied to our email. How can I remove this contact from the list? A follow-on question, Does the emails get removed from the follow-on emails if a contact/email is bounced, spam, unsubscribed or do we have to manually do this?

Hi, Is there a way to view all logged hours in a project? Right now when I go to a project's timesheet I can filter by day, month and week. I need to be able to see a total of all logged hours so when I work by the hour on a project and the client wants to know where we're at, I can tell him. I think it's a basic feature in project management, it's probably somewhere but can't seem to find it. Thanks for your help.
Campaign contacts list
I have created a list of Contacts for a Campaign. Any idea how I can download this list into a CSV/Excel format as it seems impossible to view who you ahve added to the list. Plus when you 'Add existing contacts' and try to populate with more than '10' the list changes everytime it is refreshed so difficult to keep track of who is added to the list.

Hi there, how is it possible to use bookmarks inside the HTML page ? I set up a bookmark with <a href="#link">Part 1</a> and mark the HTML block with <h2 id="link">Part one</h2>.
