Accessing all company apps from one html page
Does any one know if it is possible or how I can make an HTML page with tabs and subtabs or menus that can be linked to all the company apps that I have created in Zoho Creator? To create a page, well I noticed that it should be done from within an application, so I created a Parent App , called "Company Systems", created only one single HTML page that has one tab, I am hoping that I can create more tabs and sub menu in this single page that can be linked to other applications, forms and reports.

DKIM key pair
Hi there, I am using zoho mail account for my webapp which sends email to the users. I have activated DKIM authentication and setup the required key in my domain. The issue is that when I send an email using mail account google shows that unauthenticated. The reason is that I need to sign the email sent by webapp using DKIM private key to prove the authenticity of the email sent by the domain. I could not see any way to get that or supply the own key pair for DKIM setup. Could you please help? Thanks.

Increase File Size Limit
I would like to upload a 1GB file to my website but the limit is 100MB. Is there any way to increase the file size limit? I'd be willing to pay extra to increase this but it doesn't seem to be an option.

searchRecords API not returning all matched results.
The following criteria I use: (((First Name:name)OR(Account Name:name)OR(Last Name:name))) For example, there a list of records in contacts module with the last name of "test". Searching test gives me all matched results but searching the first name of a record with the last name of test doesn't show up for some strange reason. Sometimes it only returns some of the matched results but not all from confirming directly in zoho instead of using the search api. Now, is it something to do with the criteria

Zoho blocked my notification emails
I receive emails from a certain company whenever I have notifications from their services, but these emails stopped a while ago -about Oct 2016, we tried to solve the issue from our side, worked for a short time then stopped again-. I thought the problem in my settings in that company's services or in their own settings, but they told me that my mail provider blocked them, but I do not remember blocking any of their emails. Merge multiple tables
I have about 30 individual CSV files being imported from Dropbox. I thought I could import them all into one table and have them update weekly, but this does not work as far as updating weekly? Should it? So I'm guessing the alternative is to import each csv into it's own table and then merge all tables into one? Tickets calculated in Resolution Times
Is there a way to create a status or a flag that would remove a ticket from being included when calculating resolution times? We have a status that we use (not a closed one) when a ticket needs work from another department. we need to keep it open so that we can notify the customer when the work is completed, but sometimes this takes months or years and it is really throwing off our ability to manage resolution times. CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased. However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong? I can't believe that all messages have to be left in the mail's inbox system for eternity. Any help appreciated. Kerry
Confused about timesheets and billable hours
So I have a project set up, and I logged the time for three tasks: 20 min, 30 min, and 40 min. That's a total of 1:30. But the overview page of the project says I have 2 billable hours.
