Blocked emails.
Hi, My emails were blocked for almost 10 days due to the domains exceeding the 5GB limit at the time. I have now updated the capacity to 10GB, but all of the emails that were sent during the 10 days has been blocked. Is there a way for the emails to come back?

DNS Manager. User Name & Password incorrect
I do DKIM setting. The manual says that I should go to the DNS manager Link, user name and password to receive as shown in the screenshot. But the user name and password does not accept What am I doing wrong?

Outlook and Zoho Webmail show different folders/emails
Hello there, I am using Outlook 2013 with IMAP at work interface with my Zoho mail. At home I use Zoho webmail access. Today I discovered my Outlook folder list is different than the one I see in Zoho. It looks like several folder renames/moves and email moves were never properly synced on the Zoho server. How can I force a sync from Outlook down to Zoho? I now have a significant number of emails missing from Zoho webmail, so I must assume they only exist on the hard drive for Outlook

I'm getting several undeliverable mail notices - showing me as the sender. It's spam and nasty stuff & I did not originate it. Do I need to be concerned, or just move it to trash? ETA: Now I have a blocked account.

Issue with linking my mobil number
I tried to register my business in zoho mail using the domain: frentemetropolitano.org and the mobile number: +51 999 662 625 but I didn't receive the verification code. When I tried to do it again I got the message: This domain is alread registered in zoho mail and I can't continue with the process I need some help to do this

Outlook 2007 used to work, now I cant send
I haven't changed anything, and my Outlook 2007 used to work just fine with Zoho. A couple of days ago (01/07/2016) my Outlook stopped being able to send emails through Zoho. The incoming emails still work. I have checked everything on my side and it all seems fine. I am using smtp.zoho.com SSL port 465 to send, but all outgoing emails end-up stuck in my outbox. Please Help!

Hi We are a carpet retailer and I am preparing to upload all my stock items into Inventory. We have lots of individual carpet pieces that we normally sell as they are as one piece. How to "Unarchive"?
Greetings, I have mistaken the "Archive" task as a process of moving mail from one folder to an "Archive Folder". However, "Archive" is not a folder, it is more of a sub-folder within folders. Now that I know this, I no longer need to have this email archived within the folder it is in, I need it moved out of the archive and into a different folder. Problem: I cannot seem to move this archived mail to another folder. I cannot seem to delete the archived mail, nor can I "Unarchive" the archived mail.

When replying to a task comment via email and including an attachment, the attached file does not appear in the comment on Zoho Projects, but rather only goes to the Documents area. Allowing for multiple product selection : quotation
Hello, The quotation module has a preset field for choosing products. Only one product can be chosen at a time. ie: I am creating a quotation and quoting multiple products. I click, choose one product, and it populates in that field, and i have to click again, repeat - each individual product populates by itself. I cannot create a customer field that allows for multiple products to be populated on a quotation - or if i can i am having issues completing it. Any help or recommendations? Thank you
How would I change the CustomModule under the Primary Key field in a Module?
Hi, We have a module under the title "Advocates" which uses the Advocate's first name as the required primary key. I would like to add the Advocate's last name in their title as well. Under the "Summary" of the Module where I go to customize the page, it says "CustomModule2" next to "Module" and "API Name" (please refer to image attached). Header not displayed after file is closed and reopened
I have created templates that contain in the header my logo and my address (text box). Since today the text box is not displayed anymore. Also for existing documents when I open them the address text box disappears. I click on the header and hit enter and the text box appears. However when I download the file as pdf or word document the text box is not displayed even so I see it in the document. Until today this worked fine. When I open up older documents the same happens. This is a major issue

Spam- Junk Making it through & none junk going to spam
Hi, Either the zoho spam filters are complete junk or I have something set up wrong. If you can please help me that would be great. For some reason a lot of junk is making it to my inbox. And even worse zoho is flagging false positives of legit mail and putting it into my spam folder. To the best of my knowledge I have SPF and everything else enabled correctly. What am I missing? Zoho Writer - Cannot save updates to Mail Merge templates
Hi! I have an urgent issue in that I can no longer update mail merge templates that we use for Quotes etc. It says that it is autosaving but it isn't. When I do a manual update to the template I get an error message. I have tried creating new templates in Zoho Writer and get the same problem. Facebook/Social Icons not appearing
I am trying to include facebook and soundcloud social icons in my website but I can't seem to use them in the editor (a "blank" element gets placed on the page) nor are they rendered if I put iframe/snippets in.
