Update a record through zapier

I've noticed that workflow rules will not allow the preferred sequence of actions to follow (Custom function then email alert I needed!) so I need to send an email alert from a custom function, can you tell me the correct syntax please ? Issues our agency is having - would like some insight
Our agency has some issues with our production when it comes to Zoho projects. Here are our problems. Any insights, tips, etc are appreciated. 1. Task Dependencies - we want to create task lists that have tasks that are dependent on the completion of another task. meeting never starts
Can't get meetings to work at all. Desktop software starts, login works, even get meetings works. But when I start a meeting, the widget just sits there saying, "Connecting." I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted browsers, signed out, signed in and restarted computer all to no avail. Problem changing primary email address

My scripts were working a few months ago. As far as I know, nothing has changed. I have not added or modified any of the fields nor the scripts that access the fields. It's not clear HOW to actually do this - each user needs to register their email w/ zoho? I see 3 users are free, but does that include simply allowing people to view the pages? Please advise so I can tell users how/whether to sign up for this so I can share pages.

Issues with Web Embed

I am thinking of switching from Apple Mail to Outlook for Mac.
