Free account is blocked from sending email? Or some error?
I have a free account that I set up recently with the intent to mostly read/write the emails thru my gmail personal account. I set up the relevant rules in Gmail. However I was getting an error and then noticed the Zoho account seems to be blocked from sending outgoing emails, and if I try to unblock it I get the following message: Does this mean I cannot send emails from a free account, including forwarding the email (i.e. initiate from gmail)? I didn't see this limitation on the plans and pricing
the zoho mail iPad app does not display any emails in any folders. Message you do not have any emails here.
Zoho mail was unavailable,e this morning. It seems to have come back and I can see all my emails using the web based system. This looks fine. However I mainly use the iPad zoho mail app and this just gives the message you do not have any emails here. This is for all folders, in, sent etc. Peter

Hi, Today I received this error in Outlook: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time. I'm using 2-3 devices to log in, and this hasn't been an issue for a couple other company accounts I've been setting up. Please assist me.

Hello, For a few months, I have had intermittent problems with syncing my Zoho Mail accounts with my Windows 10 Mail program. The program told me "your account settings are out of date" a few times in a row. After a few tries, it would eventually work. Starting Thurs night (12/23), it stopped syncing completely. "Other" option is added to a drop-down even when the option is not marked!
Hi Zoho, I have a form (Loan_Valuations) that for a drop-down field of its suboform (Loan_Valuations_Broker - broker name field) it takes a list from a third form (Loan_Comp_Req - approved brokers field) and append it to the drop-down list On Load both on On Add and On Edit. This should not have a "other" option, and it is not marked as applicable anywhere. But: On Edit mode, there is an "other" option available !!! Please fix this ASAP. thanks Ravid

Shopify has a link to allow integration with zohomail, but the verification process in shopify is a nightmare. There is no way to access your DNS CNAME or other items. Also it is in liquid so you can't just drop a html file in root. I can not seem to figure out a way to verify and I have been at this for 3 hrs. Can you please help me figure out a way to verify my site so I can move to the next step. although if this is any indication, of integration maybe what I need to do is move on before
Yahoo refuses to recieve email from zoho

So I deleted the domain and tried to add it again but the same error still exists. I receive also the same error when I try to make any domain a primary domain. Is this a joke? I have a subscription.

I recently setup a new Zoho account and everything seems to work fine. I can send and receive mail through the Zoho webmail portal, but when I try to add the account to a third party client like Outlook, I can't send mail. I believe I have all of my settings correct and have tried multiple times. Where do I go from here?
