IMAP syncing does not work
Good day. I have two email address with the same domain. I have been trying to link them via IMAP to my android device and to thunderbird. With both emails and both devices it says that my username and password is incorrect. I have changed a password and logged out as well I enabled IMAP in the email settings. What is happening?

Complex criteria in pivot reports and charts
Some time back pivot reports and pivot tables were created based on views. The criteria embedded in those views were carried over into the reports. Since pivot table and charts are now created using the form, criteria restricting others from seeing the data is limited to 'Only logged in user records' and 'all records' but not to others authorized to view it as well. What am I missing?

How do you export each form entry as a separate PDF?
Say I have 5 form entries how do I export each entry as a different PDF so that I will have 5 PDFs. I have tried to find a way of doing this but have been unsuccessful. I have found how to export all 5 entries as one PDF however I need desperate help on how to save each individual entry as a separate PDF? Thanks in advance for the advice and assistance.
Alias Issue
I just upgraded my account to handle 2 domains. I previously had 2 free accounts to house each domain. However, my previous "master" user email (Bobby@enpointe.tv) is claiming to still be "in use" when I try to add it to my current account as an alias. I've deleted the old organization and the account. Though, I can still log into that email address which is still collecting email even though the Org it was created under was deleted. Hi guys, I've just created two additional account in my email free service. I can use thew account form web, mail.zoho.com, no problem with credentials, however when creating the account in a mail client, outlook and thunderbird, I get a message which says "Configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?". Is there way to get response quicker?
I not an old user of zoho but since the day of joining (a week ago) I think its worth mentioning that its awesome work you have done. UI (design), tagging, mailing plans and other plans all are awesome But there is one thing that I feel is need to be improved that is customer support. If you improve your customer support it definitely will increase your worth. Recurring roosters
I would love to have, recurring roosters. As many IT specialists we have customers with contracts that wil be billed 2 hours a month. This can be done with recurring invoicing bud then there's no way to see how many hours a specfic person (user) has made these hours. For instance Customer A gets billed 2 hours a month, these hours have to be on the user Dirk because he has to maintane this cutomer.

How do I get my POP3 email to download only text, but not images?
I send out emails with pictures inserted into the body of the email. But when people answer me, they hit the reply button, which sends all my pictures back to me, and it takes forever to download all the replies, each one being full of the same pictures I sent out. How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example, if someone sends an email to my support group, all the members of that group will receive the email. If a member responds to that email, the other members of that group would not / can not see/know that. So is there a way to tag/label emails or something so an email isn't answered by different people as a result of people not being aware that someone already answered it?

Table cell properties/column width
I have created a table with 3 columns. I have set the column width of the first column to 50% using cell properties. The other two columns did not auto adjust to 25% each and I cannot set the width. It says 33% and no matter what I change it to, it will not change the width of the cells in columns 2 and 3 (and column 2 is much wider than column 3 but it needs to be the same width). I don't understand why there is an option for Row Properties but not for Column Properties. Kim
