Unable to receive emails
Hi, I have successfully setup the mail account and changes the MX record as per the ZOHO guide. Even the MX tool box shows the Zoho MX. I can send emails and it delivered to my gmail, but I cannot receive emails to my ZOHO inbox. What is the problem?? My domain is houztrends.com. Thank you.

Probleum with account
I signed up with Zoho account and also configured a domain. But then I logged out and logged back to my account and my domain is not in my account. When I tried re-adding domain it says domain already exists. Same is with my mobile number, it asked for my mobile number when I added it says numbers is invalid or already used. Encoding XML string on Zoho insertRecord
Having trouble appending an XML string to the insertRecords URL to submit a record to Zoho via a third party tool (HubSpot). In the example below, the $lead->publicLeadLink contains variables separated by an ampersand (&) which is breaking the $insertURL string. I believe I am encoding it correctly but am not sure if Zoho already has an encoding/decoding process on the post page that I am conflicting with. I would like to auto generate a unique 3 digit number in field "wiring_reference" in wiring "table". The number needs to be unique for each "site" which is selected from a look up field of "wiring_site" in the wiring table which looks up "site_reference" field of table "sites"
How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example. If someone sends an email to my support group, the email gets sent to all the members, if 1 member responds to that email, is there a way to notify the other members the email is being responded to? I tried tags but those only work for your own email and nobody else can see them.

Hi everyone, I'm new to using Creator and am confused about how to accomplish something. I have created a call-tracking form that fetches contact records from Zoho CRM. I can't figure out how to auto-update the next field, which is the customer's account number; this is a field in CRM. Does anyone know how this can be done? I have checked different help articles and am still confused. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Xavier

Zoho mail disappearing in Outlook 2016 set up with Exchange ActiveSync
None of the emails in my Zoho Mail account show up anymore in Outlook 2016 for Windows. Outlook is setup to sync with zoho mail via Exchange Active Sync. This worked until a few days ago. What happened and how do I fix it?

2 inboxes in same account outlook 2016
Hello, I have set up my mailbox in outlook 2016. Now when I open Outlook I have the folder "inbox" and "Postvak In". Postvak In is dutch for inbox and my mail client is English. How can I make sure that I will only have 1 inbox? The content of both folders are the same and get synchronised from the server.

ZOHO Mobile Friendly Template too small and left justified.
I used a mobile friendly template to create a email campaign using ZOHO Campaigns. The test email revealed the received message was under-sized and left justified. When I turn my iphone to landscape view, the template fills the screen. When I turn it back to portrait view, sometimes it stays full size and other times it shrinks again. (see attached picture for shrinked view). What needs to be done so the email is full size on a smartphone when it is first opened???
I can't enable incoming

Deleting emails does not seem to reduce my storage usage
Hello - I received an 85% warning on one of my addresses (using IMAP) and when I deleted e-mails (from my Mac Mail client) and emptied trash, the % usage on the Zoho control panel stayed the same. How should I permanently delete emails and therefore reduce my storage usage at Zoho? thx in advance...

PHP Mailer ERROR Connection while sending Email
hi i'm using PHPmailer to send email from my website to my email account which is hosted on zoho . sending email address is info@adamrifau.com . please note that if i disable smtp auth with out any issue i can send mails. and accroding my hosting provider ZOHO is blocking their ip address 148.163.69.159 192.30.138.82 . and they have informed me to request white list these ip address in remote server. $mail = new PHPMailer; $mail->isSMTP(); $mail->Host = 'smtp.zoho.com';

Corporate mails added not shown on display
Hello I have an issue with mail when I try to send email using corporate added mails. The FROM display box appears empty showing no other mail available accounts options than the main one. The mail only allows to send from main address which is personal. I have correctly configured and confirmed 2 other ones.
