Mark as paid from list
So I have a spreadsheet of invoices from my bank that have been paid. How can I use that list as a search set so that I can mark them all as paid? Do I have to write something to use the API? Thanks for the help! Simon

Hi, I've imported a google calendar into zoho and it was created as a new calendar. For practical reasons, however, I'd like to have all those events in the default calendar (since it's impossible to switch an additional calendar as default, which would be a great feature too) I'm wondering if there is an easy way to move events between calendars. I can do it manually, one by one, editing events, but that seems like a lot of work. I haven't found any other option, am I right? thanks Joanna

Updated my password for zoho e mail on PC based laptop, able to send and receive e mail. Updated same password to i pad and i phone. Password was accepted. When I try to send e mail from i pad and i phone, get error message, "password is incorrect". Need help. Thanks, Paul

Massive amount of spam - what to do?
For the last month I have been getting as many as 100 spam emails a day. They are from a variety of senders but are mostly from .stream domain. Is it possible to block a domain with a wildcard or similar, for example *.stream. To add each sender to my blacklist would be impractical because there are so many of them each day. I see that this topic was raised some time ago and I am hopeful that something might have been done to make this type of blocking possible.

importing attachments to be assigned to relevant accounts
Hi, we've imported our customer accounts with their unique customer codes as Account Number and as Parent Account. When I export the Accounts data from the system, the Parent Account and Parent Account ID fields are not empty. I have my .zip file ready with 3 test-files ready to import into the system as attachments, and obviously to be assigned to the relevant accounts. Item Importing Issues
Hello Very Frustrating Issue... When importing items from the csv, all "-" turn into "?". ie - Part # FM-1000-1 turns into FM?1000?1 Have done lots of csv importing before and have never run into this. Deal breaker if this cannot be fixed and will find another service to use. Thanks
Can a custom action in a view/report be replaced with a button?
I'm embedding a Creator view/report in a website. The user selects records, and then user should select the custom action in the report header to update CRM with preferences they made. However, the custom action is not "easy to find" for a user and my client prefers a button. Has anyone come across such scenario and has solution? Any help would be much appreciated.

Record of LinkedIn Messages and formatting
When I send a message via LinkedIn using the Zoho window, it does not give a record that I have done so on Zoho. this would be helpful to have so I can see quickly that I have sent a message via LinkedIn already. If not, I have to continually go over to LinkedIn, and then look up that person, and then see if I sent them a message. this would add productivity if this created and automatic note - Sent LinkedIn Message and maybe capture the subject line, so I can quickly see. SalesIQ No Longer Working
As the subject line says.....SalesIQ has totally stopped tracking any visitors. We have a lot of traffic but none of it shows up as live visitors at all. The "Click here to Chat" tab shows as always - just not working on the back end. Is this a known issue? Ron
Modifying the display of Modules on Account page
Is there a way to modify the fields that are shown in the subsections of the Account page? In other words, under Contacts or Activities, certain fields are displayed, but I would like some control over which fields show there. Is this possible? Thanks
Change Books client currency when using CRM connection?
Hi there When I create a new invoice in Books, I use the Zoho CRM connection to find my client details. BUT...they ALWAYS show up with Canadian currency selected and I'm unable to change this. I can't find anywhere to change the Zoho CRM contact to US dollars, not in books, not in crm. How can I easily change the currency of the contact when creating a new invoice? Thanks.

Under certain conditions I want to disable an entire subform. To hide the subform I can use hide name_of subform; But disable does not work disable name_of subform; Do I need to disable each field in the subform?

Manually trigger a data update
I tried the new analytics functions in Zoho Report on the date from Zoho Recruit. Some very nice features. However, my data is missing, so I updated some records in Zoho Recruit and tried to manually trigger a data refresh. I could not find this. Where can I manually trigger a data refresh? Zoho Email Hasn't Sent Some E-mails For Months

How to change encoding
Im using the SMTP server to send mail from our website but have ran into some format issues. When using the built in mail my links in emails are fine but when going thru the zoho STMP server the links are disabled. The only thing i can see that's different is the Content-Transfer-Encoding. My built in email uses Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit and zoho uses Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable. Is there a way to change this?
Newly created user accounts do not send or receive emails

How can I edit 'Home' in modules? I can edit the others. I would like to make the 'ToDo' module the landing page after sign in. Is that possible? I am moving an short email newsletter from Zoho Campaign into Zoho CRM as an email template, but I've exceeded the 100,000 character template limit. Is there some way to get the html code out of Campaign more effectively? The actual email is very short and it's hard to believe that I'm over the charter size limit.

Hello. Keep up great work! I have first created a Zoho account for a product of hours (messiahsupreme.com) . I have then tried adding another domain for the company itself (totamealand.com) but found out that the free plan has a limit of 1 domain. Then I have simply tried swapping the domain (deleting old and adding new). This worked. And I managed to have multiple groups registered now under both domains.
