Zoho Form - Retrieve Checkbox values
So I created a form online with 3 check box fields (A, B, C). Now I want to retrieve & display that data in the emailer using the field labels. If I just chose the checkbox label '${zf:Checkbox}', it returns all values and displays 'A, B' if the user chooses A & B. How can I retrieve & display the value A separately, B separately, and C separately? I want to be able to say, the user chose A on one line and B on another line.

Custom Functions
I'm struggling with these in two ways: 1) I can't find any documentation which lists all the properties. Without intellisense or some docs it's impossible to guess. 2) **The module restriction again creates a huge barrier to usefulness**. The whole point is to compare the candidate's fields to the job fields when they apply. If I can only select one module - it defeats the entire point of the feature. I have no way to compare say the candidate's immigration status to the job's eligible work authorizations

Images in emails not previewing
Hi When I import my campaign HTML email into ZOHO some of the image previews are broken. If I re-import the email then it might fix the broken ones but others are not working. This occurs both in the ZOHO email preview window and in test emails. I know my content is ok as I've used it before and the fact that the problem is intermittent confirms this. What's going on?

Incoming spam has dramatically increased
I've noticed over the last few weeks that the spam hitting my inbox has dramatically increased. On a daily basis I am probably clearing all North of 30 spam messages post day. I have not changed any of my account settings so don't understand what could be causing this. Anyone else with similar experience?

I am sending a campaign to my entire list. I do have sub categories, but I DO NOT check the box that says to use one of them. Yet when the mailing when out, only one of the sub groups received it.

Sending email from CRM can't look up CRM USERS to add to the email
When I send an email direct from the CRM to a lead or contact, sometimes I want to copy in someone else from my company. Everyone from my company is a CRM user. However, in the email To, cc and bcc fields, the CRM doesn't recognise USER names when I type them in the To, cc or bcc fields. (Yes, I can type out their email addresses, but it would be better if I could just select them to avoid typos etc.) I understand that the CRM email function is limited, however, is there a way to look up USERS' email

Account Duplication
Hi, using Zoho Desk, my team and I encounter a problem of duplication of the accounts and names of our registered customers. As for the name duplications, we can manage them from the home page by clicking "Customers" in the main menu but we are currently enable to find the same option for Accounts. Zoho Stop the Spam Mail
What the H*** is going on with all the spam mail? I get at least 40-50 spam emails a day. I mark them as spam every time and still they are never ending. I have added my email to a national do not email list, but I still get them. I have other business email account with other organizations and NEVER get spam mail to those inboxes. Is this why the service is free, because of all the spam? If I continue to get this much spam each day, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Strange problem. We have a creator form with a basic lookup to zohocrm. It looks up a product and then displays the name in the creator form. Lately when we do this it shows the product look up but then shows the product code in the field. I am at a loss to figure thsi out. It has worked lovely for a couple of years. Do not think we made any changes.

Got an email saying that I needed to change how I point to MX records. My email has been working fine at the current settings for several years. I suspect spam. Has anyone else gotten such an email? Here is the verbiage: You are receiving the alert, as the domain techvets.com added in Zoho for email hosting, does not have the MX records pointed to Zoho Servers. As a result, the emails to the domain based accounts will not be delivered to Zoho Mail.

Hello Zoho creator developpers, I want to know if there is a possibility to change the display name of a field depending on a condition. Cancelled Account
Our email accounts have been unlawfully and cancelled by an account holder of all the emails related the same domain on my account. An authorized tech for our accounts deleted our account against our wishes and needs to be restored. We need this email account and all data restored if possible for all email addresses.
