hii, I am just new to appcreator. Can anyone explain how openscreen in appcreator is different from openUrl in creator? And please tell me about how to use the openscreen in custom screen and how the parameters should be sent to open a form or report?

Hi, I have faced a problem sending emails from one of my mail accounts. Even if I change "send from" for this mail account to another smtp it says (quite fast) "Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.[xxxxxxx].com Reason:connect timed out ". The reason is definitely not in smtp. Can anyone help?

How to configure scoring for each email adress ?
I would like calculate the scoring of each email adress. Each end user has a memorized score. If the end user has opened, it take 1 point more. If yhe end user has clicked, it take 2 point more for each click. Like this, we can sort the end users by the total of point and make a hit parade of the best user with the best interest on the offer. Anyway to make "Subject" field non-mandatory?
Hi, I love ZOHO CRM! Keep up the great work! Is there any way to make the Subject field in (say Sales Order, Event etc) non-mandatory? I do not understand th logic behind it. It's not a unique field. If it isn't a unique field, it is possible that after some time you'll end up with multiple records having the same Subject. In any case, why should a Subject be a mandatory field in a Sales Order or Invoice etc.? I have tried to turn this off but I can't. Am I missing something? Thanks, Kenneth

I keep, randomly getting logged out from zoho crm. I will be working in the crm and then go to a different window and go back to the crm and i will get logged out. I tried clearing my cache and cookies but it hasnt fixed the problem.
