Unable to access Standard Lead Layout
Hello, I was in the process of creating a new lead layout and working with the standard layout. I somehow managed to remove Administrator access to the Standard layout and have no way to access it anymore. When I attempt to create a new lead layout, I get the error message, "Unable to Process Request". Any thoughts on how to restore access the standard layout?
Entering invoices with lots of custom fields
A better layout would be nice for those of us that use lots of custom fields on invoice data entry, a lot of screen space is wasted. I have a 8 custom fields & on a standard 1920 x 1080 resolution this causes unnecessary scrolling. See attached.

How to use GetURL to get a form's data?
Hi Zoho, I'm trying to use the GetURL task to pass a form's parameters. Unfortunately I don't have much knowledge in programming, and would appreciate if someone can explain this a little more: I Currently have a <form> in an html page, and I would like to send the data to a Zoho form, as a parameter. Layout of fields when creating a task within an Account
When a Task is created when not in an Account, all the fields are shown (including Contact, Repeat, etc). However, when I try to add a Task from within an Account, the entry form is split into two pages. Is there a way to adjust this so that all the fields are shown on one page, or at least that I can show my preferred fields on the first page of the in put screen? Thanks

Emails on Mac look horrible (no HTML formatting)
Hi there, Just setting up some zoho hosted email accounts on a mac via IMAP and the downloaded emails look horrible - they are fine viewing them on the web so the emails aren't corrupted. I've attached a screenshot - you can see the subject and sender is missing / corrupted and the message body is displaying plain text instead of HTML - some of the emails are just a jumble of characters (not even HTML) Any ideas on how to fix? This is happening in both outlook for mac and the inbuilt mail client

When I add a Notes in "Cases", it doesn't show up under Contacts
If I add a note under "Deals", the note shows up in Contacts. But if I add a note under "Cases", it does not show up. Is there a setting I can configure to make this happen? I want to be able to take notes in Cases and see them under Contacts (without digging into cases).
Monitoring Salesman's calendar/calls
We are thinking about Zoho CRM, but I can not locate an answer to this question? If I implement national territory management, I want to have the ability to view all salesmen's calendar to see the calls they are making, when that are, and the outcome. Sync from CRM to Campaigns - Criteria option not working
Hi there, I've been trying to set-up a sync from CRM to Campaigns, using the Criteria option. I've chosen to sync all contacts whose 1 specific field is not empty. But when I look at the list created in Campaigns after the import, many of the contacts there have been imported despite the empty field. Could you help me undestand what's hapenning here? Can zoho smtp host the mailing list server
I host a mailman server, and use zoho to host smtp service. Any subscriber can send emails to the mailing address, then emails will be sent out to all subscribers. My problem is that mailman cannot send out emails, since they have been bounced. The error I got is "553 Relaying disallowed as 'Name of a subscriber <XXXXX@gmail.com>".

Hi I am trying to enable application access to mail, contact and calander under Control Panel - User Access, for one of my users. However even though I get a message saying "Applications Enabled Successfully", the user is still getting a message "Account Disabled" when trying to log into email.
