Loading a form with fields populated with report values
Hi all, My application has a report in which I created a custom action (for each record) to open a form called "Add_Job". This form has, among others, a field called "Project_Number" which needs to be loaded with a value coming from the report. Edit Pick List Properties
I have several fields that are all in Leads - Accounts - Contacts - Opportunities. When I go into Leads and edit the field to add additional items to the "Pick List" they do NOT appear in the pick list in the other modules. Do I actually have to go into each module - edit the layout - find the field - edit the properties and then add the new drop down item to the list - in every module? You just cannot edit one list and have it appear in the list in every module??? Thanks for any assistance here.

OK...this needs to be expalined I wish to ADD a list of tags to choose from the informstion online says this: " go to: settings / customization / fields. " BUT there is No such spot in settings.... Make ZOHO needs to be easier to understand!

how to extract contact addresses from correspondence?
It doesn't appear zoho automatically files contacts or am I mistaken. If it doesn't, is there a way to extract email addresses from the thousands of emails I have in "sent" mail? Ray
Additional Dialogues?
When I close activities a pop up always comes up saying 'allow this site to open addtional dialogues' or something. I finally checked 'no' in hopes I would not have to see that pop up, now when I hit CLOSE on a given activity NOTHING HAPPENS. HELP !

Hello Experts! I'm trying to make a http request from an external site to Zoho Creator. I can only write on Javascript. Please, what is the most direct way to make this request? I was trying to use the XMLHttpRequest with a getURL (), but it returns "No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource." I think CORS is not supported on Creator. When synchronization gmail / zoho is done and the "Public - Shared with everyone Share my customer emails with other users in my organization." is selected : >> Public e-mail sharing allows us to manage e-mail shares sent from Zoho CRM and the other users can see the responses in the contact form >> But why the other crm users can't see emails sent from gmail in the contact form ?

iPhone Mail Linking to Zoho CRM contacts
From what I can tell, if I am using a non-Zoho hosted email account (like Office 365, or standard IMAP/SMTP server) theye is no way to automatically capture emails I send from my iPhone Mail app to contacts in Zoho. the only way is to remember to BCC the special @mails1.zohocrm.com address every time? If that's the case, I wish the iPhone could be configured to automatically BCC that email address, but my iPhone only allows "BCC yourself" as an option. Anyone figure out a workaround? If it helps,

Blacklisted Domain and email
Hi, I'm informed several emails and domains in "Email Black List" and "Domain Black List" but I'm still receiving 200 emails every day from spammers. Which field in the header of the email Zoho considers to check if emails is in the black list or not? Please, consider the attached screenshot in the header. Creating a Pivot Chart just defaults to a Pivot Table
Whenever I create a new report and select Pivot Chart, I just get the screen for pivot tables. I have tried on two different browsers, with no change. I can no longer create a pivot chart unless I duplicate a report that is already a pivot chart, but then I cannot change the form that it is referencing. I can only make pivot tables.

Rights for Interviewer Profile
I saw that modififying Guest and Interviwer Profiles is locked, but I would need and intervier Profile with less rights than predefined. Specifically, I can assign a hiring manager from the client to interview some candidates, but I don't want him to see the Job Opening tab nor the other info associated such as the fee of the project, the log which shows all the candidates associated to the job opening. I need create a lookup field in Zoho Creator to locate all invoces with a balance due in Zoho Books. Can't access calendar using exchange account in android
Hi, Up until a few days ago, my calendar was syncing correctly between the web site and my phone. I tried removing the exchange account from my phone and recreating several times, but the problem persists. Some times, when re-creating the account, I would get "Unable to set up account - Unable to connect to server" once I was done entering the settings. Regardless, even when the phone doesn't complain and I imagine that everything's fine, when I go to android's calendar, I don't see my zoho calendars

Reports generate 1 row and 1 column title "-No Value-"
Hello Zoho Creator forum..... I have created a report based upon data from a Form. The report should have 3 columns (one for each business-unit) and rows based upon months of the year. Under each of the 3 business-unit columns there are 2 sub-columns showing 2 types of sales data. The report works properly except for the following problem...... PROBLEM: The report generates an additional row and column titled "-No Value-'". So instead of having 3 columns (one for each business-unit) there are 4.

Downloads from Deskportal fail
Downloads from deskportal.zoho.com fail consistently (though not universally) across IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Documents download as expected when accessed through support.zoho.com instead. Deskportal will open a window to display the doc, but doesn't actually display it. See attached.
