contacts not transfering using outlook addin
I am using outlook addin with outlook 2013. After review I noticed only some of the contacts are transferring. Seems the new ones are ok but some of the older ones are not transferring. How do i get all contacts to sync with outlook?
Product tax calculation is incorrect
Just trying out zoho and really surprised that I find this problem. For invoices and quotes, I add a product. List price £10, VAT (20%) tax is on that product and it puts tax of £2 on that item line. But when it comes to the tax total, it's adding 20% again (an extra £2.40). Something isn't right here. Can you explain?
Email not receiving
Hi Zoho Support team, I just created my business email here by creating zoho DNL entry at Godaddy. I'm able to send an email to others from zoho, but when they reply, its not receiving. Hi, Yesterday, I have hosted my domain with ZOHO for mail host. I have followed all the necessary steps that are shown while I'm adding my domain. I also check the MXLOOKUP. I have attached the screenshot of MX record. Office 365 - Old Calendar Events being sent from Office after enabling the plug-inn
After enabling the Microsoft Office 365 Extensions & APIs application, all my old events from zoho calendar started emailing to the participants from within Office 365. As you can imagine this was not good. Has anyone else experienced this? Seems to be an issue with zoho? We are working to sort this out and can't get to the root cause.

Search field not working correctly; causing duplicates to be created.
I have reported this problem several times over the last 2 years, zoho do not appear to be interested to check their programming code to correct this issue. I have just tried to search to find a company i KNEW i had, (the default one on the black navigation bar all modules boxes were ticked), it found some notes but not accounts or contacts, in the end i had to use just one of the words in the company name to help find it, which will bring up other results with the same word in the company name,
Printing Gantt Chart needs improvement
Often I need to print out a Gantt chart for a meeting. The PDF generator does not provide page breaks (tasks are cut in half when printed) nor is the font readable. Any chance you will be able to take a look at improving this feature?
Copying docs from one project to another project in ZOHO
I would like to know if there is a central place in ZOHO where we can store the docs and which can be taken by other projects. I tried copying it in 1 project and pasting in other project but it did not work. I do not want to download it to desktop, as I am losing few features in the document. Also trash seems to be separate for each project if i want to copy it from there.

Hi is it possible to download the report in Campaigns which tells you when an email was opened, how many times. OR similar for clicks. I can view the report on screen, but I want to download it into csv or excel so that my sales team can use it to make sales calls based on level of activity in the campaign. Choose which status columns to display - CRM Deals View
At the moment, when you create a new view in the potentials (deal) module, you can choose which columns to display for the 'List view' but for not for the 'CRM view for Deals', it will only show all status columns. We would like to be able to choose which 'status' columns to display in each custom view (for when viewing in the 'CRM view for Deals'). e.g. see attached Thanks
Export Information when Embedded on a Website
Currently, when you embed a report - perhaps a view or a table on an external site, you can run filters or sort the data, however there is no way of exporting this data (into XL or CSV or PDF etc) This simple feature would allow users to really start to syndicate reports with maximum control. Missing email, urgent!
Hi, Two days ago I noticed I am missing all sent email messages from June 14 up until two days ago. New messages I send do get put in the Sent folder but I am missing a lot of messages between June 14 and November 14. I have not archived them, they aren't in the trash folder. I've searched my email client (IMAP) as well as the webmail, they appear to be gone. There are some really important messages in there which I need to have. All help appreciated!

Problems by migrating from Godaddy to Zoho
I haven't been able to migrate from godaddy to zoho. Therefore, I cannot switch to zoho until I can migrate. Could you please provide me all the steps to migrate to zoho. I followed the steps in https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html. However, I guess I am not configuring correctly the migration protocol i.e. Migration -> Server Name, Security, Port for Godaddy. Then, when I try to add a user account, I get an authentication error. Please help! thanks!
Cloning an automated and then sending for review
I have an automated email campaign with 14 active messages. I want to make some edits to the message so have cloned a message and edited it. I then want to replace the original message with this cloned message, however it is not giving me the option to send it for review and I therefore also can't make the message active. Please offer advice.

Subform too large for main form
My Sub form is very large 30+ fields and my problem is that this is unusable in the horizontal sub form view and would ideally need to be opened in a popup window so that it can be worked on via an ipad etc. Has anyone else had and/or solved this problem?
