Contacts, photos, import issues, and edit problem on mobile
Where do I begin..... First...I knew it was too much to ask for contact photos/avatars to be imported from other sources...and that's fine. But what I want to know is why there is no way to add or edit the contact photo on ZOHO's Web mail (from my PC), and the Android app having the only ability to edit the photos? What is wrong with you people? Considering the large number I'm going to have edit to add photos back, I do NOT want the hassle of doing it only on my phone. Issue 2, I can't edit about

Sync contacts for non admin user
Hi, I'm the admin of my company's campaigns and CRM account, and I have to more user under my account. None of them are admin in Zoho CRM or in Zoho campaigns. They are the one using the campaigns not me. I just the admin. They need to be able to sync only their leads, meaning userA can only see his own leads and userB can see only userB own leads. Is it possible? Right now, when they create a sync and choose "my leads" they only sync my leads (admin) not theirs. thank you for any help. Daniel

Error sending domains via PHP form.
Hey guys, when I'm trying to send emails via PHP form using the mail function to my Zoho mail, the server returns the following error: suporte@seubone.com R=virtual_aliases: No Such User Here How can I fix that? Everything seems fine according to MxToolbox, the MailServers are: 10 mx.zoho.com 20 mx2.zoho.com 50 mx3.zoho.com P.s: I tried the same form with other domains, everything's fine for other domains. It's only happening with seubone.com The same form can send e-mails to Gmail accounts.

Recently, I have seen new lists being created within my Zoho Campaigns account. The lists have a various number of contacts assigned to them. It seems like they are being autogenerated (because none of my users created them). Does anyone know how or why these are being created?
contact page is not working
Contacts are not working, when I am in email or calendar and click the icon on the left side for contacts, the left side active button changes to new contact, but the right side does not change to the contacts page. clicking the new contact button opens up a new email or new calendar event depending on the right side view

Rounding in Zoho Invoice for Mobile
Hi, I'm using the mobile Zoho Invoice app. When I add a new expense (50 euro) with 21% VAT, it is rounded to 60 euro (it should be 60,50). But when I do the same on the desktop version it works correctly. How can I prevent the app from rounding? Thank you!

New email sends verification to email address being setup - no way to access the verification!
Support, I'm attempting to setup a new email account for a new domain: ray@renegaderealestate.club The automatic system sends the verification to the brand new email address that is not setup yet, so I will never be able to verify the email address. Can't Delete Emails in Copy
Hello, Can you please advise why we cannot delete certain email address in copy, especially emails linked to other Zoho Departments. Many clients cross copy various departments in our company and when we reply we remove them to avoid duplicate tickets across departments. We should be able to delete any email in copy and insert at our discretion.

Hi, I am a heavy user of Sales Inbox. This has changed my life! One suggestion: some of my contacts have 2 mailaddresses in the same domain that act as aliasses. For instance: my john@zylker.com = john.doe@zylker.com Sales Inbox does not recognise this as the same person. I have tried addding one of the mailaddresses in CRM as second e-mail but still, mails coming from this person do not get recognised as a single person. Evernote cloud upload not working
I was able to successfully authenticate with Google Drive and Dropbox but cannot get Evernote to authenticate in order to attach in expenses. I click on the Authenticate button and get a confirmation from Evernote that Zoho has been authenticated, but when I try to Attach from Cloud and select Evernote it continues to display the Authenticate evernote button. If I try a second time it asks me to re-authenticate, so I know it was supposedly done before. Please help!

hello, from the web version, when I convert a sales order to invoice the Due Date do not update on the Invoice. I experimented with the "convert sales order" map field option on the Customization Menu, but this is option is only available for the Custom created fields... This "Due Date" field is a system created field and normally these should map by default, right? can you assist me please?

Email 'from' and 'reply to' options not displaying when sending to leads

Your template/email revamp is not currently allowing me as an admin to send emails from sub-user/manager email addresses. My user process: 1.
