Creating a record in zoho CRM Custom Module - 4401 error
I'm trying to create a record in a Zoho CRM custom module. Code was working perfectly but all of a sudden stopped. I've stripped the code down to basics and still get an error. equipMap = map(); equipMap.put("CustomModule2 Name", "test"); resp = zoho.crm.create("CustomModule2", equipMap); This code is run onClick. I get the following error each time: {"message":"Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly","code",4401"} The CRM mandatory value is "CustomModue2
Can't view report as spreadsheet?
Hi - I was wondering why I cannot view a report as a spreadsheet? The option has simply disappeared for one of my reports. I am wondering if it has to do with having subforms involved in the form? Is there a way to bring back the ability to view and edit the report in spreadsheet view? Thanks!

Hi, I have configured the MX records and SPF in my DNS but am unable to receive any mails, but am receiving mails within the zoho mail and mails are sending only problem is an incoming emails.

Messages being blocked as spam by centurylink.net and q.net
I am trying to forward a message to an account I have on centurylink.net and it is marked as spam. I tried setting it as a new message and sending it - also blocked as spam. I then copied the message and sent it and it was still blocked as spam. The message has two lines of text and one image that points to an azure cloud image. How do I determine why the message is bein blocked as spam. It never reaches my CenturyLink mailbox where I have allowed messages for both the domain and the specific email

Filtering Activities
Is it possible to filter views in the Activities tab? Specifically, I would like to restrict some of the views to just Accounts, or to just Leads. In other words, only show, for example, Open Tasks for Accounts. Currently, it shows for Accounts and Leads. Thanks! David
Unattended computer name suggestion
I am aware I can personalise the computer name, however initially I often have difficulty identifying a newly installed computer. I often ask client to install the unattended installer but when I look at my list of Unattended Computers I cannot tell which is their computer. e.g. list shows : LAPTOP-QH3U61IJ LAPTOP-U1MTFGMK DESKTOP-R0T1MQU DESKTOP-9MM73BK It is not practical to try all those online, nor would I want to interrupt another computer. Remote cursor does not show
I often need to see what clients are pointing at but the position if their cursor does not show in my remote screen. Is it possible to display the remote cursor? Thank you. Richard
Link icon in email signature won't show
I inserted the facebook and instagram icons and highlighted each one separately to add in the specific link. I did a test email. If I use a computer or laptop to open up the email, both icons would show and both links would work. If I use my pre-installed iphone app to open up the email, both links would still work but both icons won't show up. Just two blank boxes show.

Zoho + QlikView Rest Connector not working
Hi, I am extracting data to load into QlikView app using REST Connector. It was working out fine until yesterday. I am using this connection: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Calls/getRecords?authtoken=<MyToken>&scope=crmapi Suddenly the only module that is still working is Events. All Other modules return zero length string. But, when I post the same connection directly in the browser, it works. Anyone can help me ? regards, Benno.
A report for leads created by source (hopefully ediatable) for a specific time frame
Can you help? i need a report that shows all my leads for a specific time frame (i.e. last month July 2016 etc). I need to be able to filter on lead source and it needs to include leads that have already been converted. I may generate 50 leads in July, some of them convert during july and some may convert in september (or even later) but i need to be able to generate a report that shows me all of those leads, i need to see the lead source too. I have talked to Google support about my domain multiple times and they aren't helpful at all. Hi there, I have a form that integrates with Zoho reports. One of the fields are called interested. The user can select Car, bikes etc When I person choose Multiple choices it includes in the row in one column eg Car, Bikes The problem is that when I generate a pie report it output multiple choices eg Cars, Bikes 50% and Bikes 20% How can I separate these choices?

Hi, Today I registered Mail for my new site. The first login worked fine, but when i later tried to log back in w/ the email address, (admin@primaryfencing.com.au) it said, the password would be wrong, when i tried to do it via Phone number it said the account was disable. Please help.
