email merge in Writer - line wrapping problem on mobile email apps
Hello I have used an email merge function in Zoho Writer. Everything looks great until you see the result (received email) on an mobile app (in my case gmail app). All lines that are next after wrapped lines are displayed on the previous lines. Email is impossible to read. In my opinion HTML version of Writer docs are not correctly built. The Mass Update function only seems to allow us to import a single piece of static data to an existing database so is there some way of being able to append other data to an existing database? Have noticed over the last couple of weeks a surprisingly high level of SPAM messages getting through despite filters being enabled. These are typically of the variety of "h00kups", "F#ck rquest", B00ty", "Quickie with girls next door" at the tawdry end to "Open vacancy", "Cooperation with international company" and phishing style job offers at the seemingly more innocuous end. Simply is there a URL to open Zoho CRM and do a search by a URL parameter?
Our backend customer website would like to provide a link to quickly go to our Zoho CRM and do a search against all the modules. Its the same search as the top header allows in the application with the magnifying glass, but I want to provide the search term in a URL and just get the search results on the crm.zoho.com website. I dont want an api with XML or JSON back, I just want to open a new browser and do the search. I have looked around, but maybe just missing the obvious. Thanks.
