Hello, new to Zoho Campaigns transferring from MailChimp. I would like to be able to send the email used in a campaign to one person. What would be the best way to go about it? Where can I find an online archive of our campaign emails? In MailChimp we could access the final sent email (complete with URL to view it online) but I seem unable to locate a similar feature in Campaigns.
Time zones not working
Hi, I couldn't find anything with this exact issue, so apologies if this has been covered. I'm having a problem setting Time zones. Whichever Time zone I choose is not being reflected in the rest of the system and seems to always we be set at -8hrs. I'm setting the zone in company details > Locale Information. Please advise if there is another setting I have missed or if this is something that needs fixing? Thanks, Tom

I created a test account a few months ago, had one project with nothing in it. Just testing around I deleted the project. Now I don't see anywhere that I could add a project. Hi i am trying to add lead from my Zoho Account but i get the following message(Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition). we are using the free edition up to 3 user but recently we want to see the full functionality and we sign up for professional trail version which is expired now. But before that i was able to create, edit the lead and potentials. is there any want i can go back to normal and utilise ZOHO CRM.
Possible improvement to the spf record check.
How about treating "PermError SPF Permanent Error" as an independent spam check. It is often caused by errors in the spf record at the option level. Such as someone leaving an ip4: entry without and address, while this makes the option invalid the rest of the options may al work as intended. Most mail servers do not seem to view this as a hard error and so do not place emails into Quarantine. Also a few of the web based spf checkers do not report this as an issue which will mean that many part time

ActiveSync in iPad Outlook Fails
I have an iPad Air 2 that I use Outlook for email. When I setup my Zoho-hosted mail to use Exchange Sync, Outlook indicates the username/password is incorrect and will not configure the account. I have verified the username/password configuration IS correct, and they work on other devices. I also use the same ActiveSync settings on my iPhone (using the built-in Mail app) and that works OK. How do I allocate money for income taxes?
Sole proprietorship here (for now, at least). I got paid, which is great! But my governments also need to get paid, at some time in the future. I know how much of my income they'll want, so I want to transfer that percentage of my income into Taxes Payable. Coaching Packages - looking for best invoicing/payment option
I am a coach and I have several set packages. Is there any way I can set these packages up in Zoho Books and then create an invoice off of them for the client to pay. Maybe using Estimates? My zoho email is working fine on my iPad, but I have been receiving constant messages saying my user name or password is not recognised on my iPhone. Hy, One of our accounts were bloqued due to storage limit. (not the admin account) I´ve send to the trash bin and errased lots of mails, remaining 10% free storage now.
