Zoho Sheets App doesn't work anymore - iOS 10.0.2 issue?
I'm using the "Zoho Sheet" app on my iphone 6 (iOS 10.0.2) in parallel to the browser on the PC. Up to Tuesday or Monday it was working fine, I was able add data to the sheets when I was on the road. But since Tuesday (2016/10/11) the application hangs when I try to display a sheet, on the upper screen the rotating circle is visible with text "Verarbeitung ..." (German for "processing"). I tried to kill and restart the app, doesn't help. I tried to reinstall, doesn't help. On my iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5)
emails not auto refreshing and appearing twice
Hi This problem is not just happening to me, it also occurs for some of my clients. Whenever an email is received, it does not appear in the inbox unless the page is refreshed. Also, after deleting a new email, shortly after I get an alert in the bottom right of my laptop that an email has been received, I then have to go back to inbox and delete it for the second time. Check for mail schedule not working
I have Zoho mail configured to check for mail every three minutes. This used to work fine but now Zoho seems to go to sleep and no longer observes the schedule. Any idea what's going on?

Create re-occuring (calendar-based) tickets
Hello, is there a possibility to create reoccuring tickets? For example every last day of the month I have some governance tasks to be completed. And I want to be reminded about those responsibilities. 2nd question, is it possible to block ticket closure in case there are unfinished tasks?
Missing Folder
One of my folders "Volunteer Intern" seems to be missing from my email account, though I'm able to search for, and find, emails that I believe had been previously sorted into it. None of my other folders look to contain a sub-folder, so I don't believe the folder itself was accidentally relocated. Is there a way for me to recover it?
BT INTERNET STILL HATES ZOHO
I got the stock answer from support at zoho regarding spf. We had already done this i believe after our last request, yet emails to BT are still bouncing back. So the question is- If our settings are ok when will this be resolved or do we just give up?
Using Import graphics for email content
I have found it is easier for me to create the email in a graphics program, snip it and import it as a picture for the content. But I have been notified that Outlook users say the body of the email is blank. Is there a setting that I am missing or do I need to change my method of creation? (I really don't want to)

exporting opens
How do I export the opens email list fora campaign. The old version did this by simply clicking export. The new version does not seem to to work I have been clicking export all day with no export. This is a critical function for my organization without which Zoho campaigns is worthless. Thanks Paul

Hello Zohot Team, I have recently added my business email hosting under your company. Created all necessary emails and all working ok! I was using workspace godaddy email before now, removed emails from there and using your email hosting. I have created an email let say seo@mydomain.com and previously when it was hosted at godaddy i got all mine website form emails in Normal Inbox under "seo@mydomain.com" but now, i get mine website form enquiry in SPAM filter even after i have added the "secureserver.net"

Blocking mails from server form?
Dear Zoho team, I have following question: Is there any kind of blocking of mails sent from server (via code, not from specific client)? On my pages I have a form, which when properly filled should send email to my mailbox. This works properly with my another mailbox on seznam.cz, but not with my mailbox on Zoho (yourway@smallstonepath.info). Attach files by default
Hi Zoho, Is there a possibility to attach files by default? For example, when I send out an estimate, I would really like to send along my general terms and conditions. I can do that now by attaching the file manually, but it would be great if I could set Zoho up to do this for me. custom function in Products module unable to update "Quantity in Stock" field
Good day, My business scenario is that my Products are in three different warehouses. The warehouse employees will input the product quantity present in each warehouse. I would like Zoho to update the field "Quantity in Stock" with the sum of these three quantities. That way, all my mobile salespeople can see the total quantity available. Firing email when a field changes in CRM

So I need to send triggered emails or even series, which start when a field (let's say, lead status field in CRM) changes or is set to a particular value. Mail attachment problem in the new interface
The attachment button does nothing in Hebrew version. If changing interface language to English it works (i.e. Opens sub-menu to select the attachment source).

Slow Email Send
Having found that we now have Email Insights to track sent email, I have been testing sending email from the CRM. But, I am finding it unusable as each send takes over 25 seconds from when I click Send. I have tried from both IE and Chrome. Can anyone tell me if this is expected behaviour?
