Cannot integrate Zoho CRM with Google contacts
Hi, i wrote for 2 days at some support email of Zoho, on chats, feedback forms etc. I write already on forum. I try now Zoho CRM plus, and I want to integrate my account with Google contacts. I found in help some manual to make this, but I haven't these options in my Setup page in CRM. I haven't under Extensions nothing about Google integrations, or something similiar.

ZOHO API - Create record via form than update a field by API(s)
Hello. I'm using zoho forms to collect some basic data in a wordpress website. There is data choices collected in wordpress that I need to also update into the CRM that I'm not collecting in the form which means I need to use the api. After a user updates their member info via ZOHO FORMS a lead is created in CRM. I need at this point to also send some data about the lead just created. The problem I have is I dont know the lead just created or zoho ID? I believe this is necessary to update my record.
Workflow Automation - Custom Function - Warning message
I have a Custom Field set on Contacts called "Bad Debt?", with values being "Yes" or "No". So now I'm trying to figure out how to, using Automation and Custom Functions, create a warning message that would pop up when any of users start an Estimate for a particular client, and the client has "Yes" in "Bad Debt?". Obviously, being a rookie in programming custom functions, I am struggling to get data for Customers from Estimate function. Is what I'm trying to do even possible?
total mess-up of spreadsheet
Hello, I have been evaluating Zoho Spreadsheet now for some time but have to say, that it lacks reliability. Just today, our spreadsheets were totally messed up with cell contents missing on a large scale, wrong cell formatting, formulas gone and macros corrupted. Even the older versions (accessed via Version History) now exhibit the same kind of corruption. What went wrong and how can I restore the spreadsheets to a workable state? Thomas

Activities Feed page
Using the new Activities feed page in the column format, I cannot see any proposals. The columns are set as a default with Customers, Open Proposals, Leads/Contacts and Others, but I cannot customise the fields or include which proposals I see. I also don't know what criteria the activities are being selected for. Any ideas?

domain name for a personal email account
I thought I could set up a personal domain for a personal email account? Have I misunderstood? I am not a business but what to move from Yahoo, and set up a personal email at a domain something like landr@surname.co.uk. or .com But when I logged on it only seems to me give the zoho.com option. Have I missed the point or an option when I set up the account?

Problem while I'am editing Template
Hello I created inventory template for production and I used those two fields below: ${Quotes.Qty} ${Quotes.Total After Discount} I ensured that product details iteration are present under<tbody id="lineItem"> and </tbody> tags. creating a graphical style report
I want to be able to produce reports on properties we inspect. the repots need to be graphically pleasing and will include lot of photos. the reports are done on a room by room basis (average is about 10 rooms) and in each room there will be 10-15 sub items(ie walls, carpets, furniture, lights etc) I want to collectthe data using zoho app creator and this will need to merge with data stored in the main zoho creator database. I have seen other programmes which link directly with an excel template

Mail API
I read the documentation on the new Zoho Mail API, but I'm having trouble getting a particular post to work. I'm trying to create an email address/account using the built in APIs. I was able to create my authentication token and retrieve my organization info using it, so I've verified that it works. However, when I try to create the email address, it returns a 200 code with all of my user information and doesn't create the account. Any advice, or could any provide an example of this API in use?
Zoho Mail not working
Hi, Zoho mails for our domain suddenly stopped working today. The email id is viditkalra@qrioh.com and other associated domain id's. The email was working fine till the evening. Nothing has changed. We are also unable to login to the webmail using the above email id. What seems to be wrong?

Hi, I am looking to move my custom domain email info@mydomain.com to Zoho. Previously, this email was attached to outlook.com using custom email settings. This has been in place for a number of years but a couple of years ago Microsoft stopped allowing custom domains to work with outlook.com mailboxes. New email customer IMAP not working
Entered a help ticket and expected a call at 6:30 eastern US time Mon 10 Oct but did not get a call. Also when I attempt to view my help requests I am told I am not a valid user. Are the help tickets only for paying customers? After I detrmine that Zoho email actually works I would be more than happy to pay including for support. calendar invites don't appear in email when there are more than 1 invitees
I've noticed my boss forward meeting invitations to a few of my colleagues (all together 3 of us) and usually only 1 of us gets the invitation details in the email. The others only received a blank email. We have the same problem even when the invitation is sent to just 2 of us. Only one of us gets the invitation and needs to add the event to calendar and then invite the other person who didn't receive it. Is there a solution to this?
