I have a notes field on each clients form. I add notes to their record from time to time. Is there any way a time stamp can be added. before the note, each time I edit the notes field? Thank you.

Problem with copying the application
Hi. I was explained in one tutorial, that I should copy Zoho application via the following link into my account: "Once you are logged in, go to this application on Zoho. We will start by cloning the application used for this prototype, which makes life a lot easier. On the application you just opened, click on More Actions > Copy Application. This will make a full copy directly to your account with all the settings already in place." But I do not see any buttons with possibility to copy this application.
email abuse report
I have added all the MX records and the initial requirements. But when i send a email from my account, it is somehow regarded as an abuse. The from address is "staff@hotmail.com" And the body is "This is an email abuse report for an email message received from IP xx.xx.xx.xx on Mon, 3 Oct 2016 10:31:55 -0700." Why is this happening?

Atomicity in Zoho Creator?
I need a unique "order number" for each new order. I use a form's field to keep track of the next "order number" and increment it. string WalkIn.OM.Orders.NewOrderNumber() { g = Global [ID != 0]; temp = g.Next_Order_Num; g.Next_Order_Num = (g.Next_Order_Num + 1); return temp.toString(); } The problem is, when 2 orders are created within 3 seconds apart, they'd get the same order number. Hello all! Trying to create a from that I can either attach or migrate into a task or an event for an employee. I am needing the form to automatically insert the customer name, address, phone and email from the lead and then allow my employee to finish filling out the form from out in the field. Is this possible? And then once submitted, that form is either attached to the new lead for me at the office to view or somewhere added directly to the documents folder for that customer. CREATOR Grid & Spreadsheet Reports in the NEW UI
I am developing an application that heavily utilizes grid or spreadsheet views for the purpose of QUICK data update without having to open every record. Several weeks ago you could not get creator to accept a value into a field in these views. This has been fixed.....and I was told by email that the grid and spreadsheet report views are fixed. However these issues REMAIN: 1. The grid and spreadsheet are no longer 2 distinct views 2. When there are 20 to 40 or more records....it can take 5-8 seconds

Hi, We have been using ZOHO for 12 months now and we are pretty happy with the system. I was wondering if there is way to show base currency equivalent on a currency invoice? To be more clear, where it says Total invoice USD 1000 (right next to it to have the base currecny equivalent, let's say EUR). Issues with viewing VIEWS on creator forms in CRM
I recently purchased crm plus. The first two weeks. I could create a tab for a creator from. I could than view ALL views of that form beautifully. Then there was an API issue and you could not view any integrations. That has been corrected. HOWEVER, I currently CAN NOT view ALL the views of a form that has been integrated in crm plus from the crm. No matter what view is selected the same view appears. Custom field not showing up in mail segments
Hi everyone, If people subscribe to our events (seminar day, symposium...), I want to exclude them from further reminder mailings. I added a custom field check box to the Contacts module. If checked, I want to use that value to exclude them from the mailing list using a segment. Problem: this field is not showing up in my criteria to segment. What am I doing wrong here? Did I add he check box to the wrong module? Something to do with the box settings? Am I missing something in the segmentation part?

Zoho Docs corrupting XLXS file
We have an Excel .xlxs file that we share on Zoho Docs for capturing data.. We have 1 computer that syncs the file to a local drive so it can be used in conjunction with a larger Excel spreadsheet. Problem with report: no entries
Hi everyone, We use CRM Reports to keep track of the subscriptions for our events. But for one account manager, the reports appear empty. He sees the reports in the general overview, he can access them, but there are no entries inside. Has this got something to do with permissions or restrictions? Search Bar Enhancements
Hi Zoho, I'm having a hard time looking up the names of certain candidates through your search bar especially when you input their names one at a time or in a different order (eg. Nacion OR Nacion Joana) which should normally appear even if that's the case. Some candidates are being tagged as "not in the database" all because they are unsearchable. Please advise alternative solutions to this. Thanks.
