URGENT - I can't access my email
I can't access my email with my own password. I tried to reset my password but keep dsending the reset instructions to the same email I ca not access. Completelty non-sense. I have been trying to contact support and nobody answers. Mails are bouncing to everybody that writes me and I can't get in my account to fix it!! My user is contacto@lahuerta.pe Huge flaw on Zoho... Zoho email retry - BTInternet @btinternet email addresses
Hi, I've just set up a couple of Zoho email accounts to use with my domain - unfortunately, any email we send to contacts with a BT Internet @btinternet.com go to my retry mail queue. There's 4 of them, so its clearly a problem for BT Internet email addresses, as I've seen on other forums. I've subsequently added an spf value of 'v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all' as has been suggested on a few forums. Is there any further news on the problems with BT Internet email addresses, or further advice please?
Date format and decimal separator
Although my application be set for the Brazilian date format, my forms show the months with the abbreviation in English as "Sep" for September instead of "set". I'm also not finding a way to use the comma as the decimal separator. Could you please help me? Thank you!

I am being told by my company that ALL email be sent through our own mail server. Is there a way to get the Zoho mail features of when and how often email is opened this way? I am using the outlook plugin to record emails in the CRM but the Zoho mail features are not available this way. Thanks.
Can't update settings in admin console
Hello guys, I am trying to do some policy changes and update the users location, but altough the success confirmation message is displayed after doing each those activities they seem to not have any effect in the database. I have seen that a lot of people have asked/complained about this issue but noone has answered... Today it has gotten even worse, now it seems that all columns are the same size .... is there a way (now or planned in the future) to bring back the auto-adapt column width??? Hello! I am currently researching a viable replacement for Google Sheets for my department at work. We typically have about 20-40 people editing one spreadsheet at the same time. What is the maximum number of simultaneous collaborators in one spreadsheet at one time with ZOHO? Zoho not respecting my spam and filter preferences.
Even when I mark an email address as not spam it will still put it in the spam folder. Even when I put the address in my email contacts and make a filter for it to send it to my inbox it is putting the address in spam. I did upgrade to the new zoho mail because I figured you were dropping services to the old email interface, but it didn't work.

trying to migrate mail to zoho. can't locate control panle > mail admin > email migration
My instructions located at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html seem fine. Except I cannot find anything that says Control Panel so I can go to Mail Admin and then Email Migration... I guess my main question is...where is the Control Panel? Also, does anyone know if I can take a POP email and migrate it in as an IMAP?
