I have tested my email with a clients outlook account and for some reason I am unable to receive their emails?? Help Please

I need something that I can track email analytics that are sent to our leads and clients. Right now: our lead funnel starts with web-to-lead form creating a lead in CRM CRM triggers a function built in creator that sends an email product list to the lead. Ideally, I would like to be able to see in CRM if the lead has opened the email etc. With this sort of workflow that we have, would the Campaigns module work for us out of the box? Work arounds and fixes that have been suggested fall a long way short of what is needed to provide an accurate and legal quote for our customers.

I have recently downloaded Zoho and think it’s a great website for our business; however, I am struggling with syncing up the phone calls under activities to my Google calendar. The events are all synced up so whenever I create an event it goes straight onto my Google calendar, however if I create a ‘Call’ it does not. How do I make it so if I create a call (for example Call John at 3PM on the 12th October 2016) it then syncs and transfers onto my Google calendar?

I created a group calendar and I gave the following permissions When the group members subscribe to this calendar the 6 of them can see all the meetings but the 4 of them see 'busy' in the meetings. From our own experience in the past few weeks as we begin to use Zoho CRM and tried to use Mail to sync we lost faith in the integrity of the process. Perhaps that was just beginner user's error. What have you experienced? What's your level of confidence in the capacity?
ZOHO Support API not returning all fields
I am having a problem getting all the fields from zoho support api. I use the getRecords without the selectFields for the support api and am not getting all of the fields. I am using this url format https://support.zoho.com/api/xml/requests/getRecords?apikey=MyAPIKey&ticket=MyTicket&portal=MyPortalName&fromindex=1&toindex=200 I only get these fields CASEID, DEP_ID, Department, CONTACTID, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Subject, Request Id, Due Date I cannot seem to get request Owner or anything else
Newbie Question - How do I use the Maps App?
I have coped the code from Google maps into the dialogue that Maps brings up In preview an element shows on the page saying "'Your content will be rendered on your published site" but the published site just shows the text I copied - e.g. "https://goo.gl/maps/AHNoANL9yfR2" into the maps dialogue. Tags created keep disappearing/are deleted/removed within 24 hours

Design Suggestions for New UI
I have been using Zoho for a couple of months now, and I enjoy the functionality and helpful support team. Tracking Emails Sent to Leads from CRM
I have just recently started sending emails to leads through CRM, using templates I've created. I've reviewed the notifications about opened/clicked information, but would like a way to sort my leads based on emails sent - this would allow me to assign mass tasks for follow up purposes. Right now, I can see that Email Status is a filter option under Leads, but I just want to see whether an email was sent, not necessarily whether it was also opened/clicked. Thank you, Leslie
Replace the 1x1 pixel tracking image in emails in Zoho CRM
Hi Zoho Team, Is there a way to replace this small image used to track emails with e.g. our company logo? Currently, when the customer receives the email and clicks on "Open images" he/she doesn't get anything except the 1x1 pixel image and will probably quickly realize that it is there for email tracking. So is it possible to replace this image with anything else that the customer can find useful / nice and the customer doesn't get that this was all for track her/him opening the email? Thanks! Robert

Before there was a plugin to sync contacts to zoho Goggle apps. On the market place, I see 2 plugin. -Goggle Apps for zoho crm ==> does not work (Unable to process your request. ajax url not able to append the correct data
I'm having issue with the dynamic url in the AJAX call. Here is the function. could you please suggest why its not working. Here I'm always getting uPath as https:\www.syz.com\token. I have added the CNAME to AWS Route 53 and i could easily host my website with zohosite.
