Filters to Zoho Sheets View doesn't work
We found an issue with the Zoho Sheets View. When looking at a module where you can apply filters, when you add the filters in the standard view screen and do the Zoho Sheets view, the view in Sheets doesn't apply the filters.

2 mobile accounts not effective
I have 2 businesses and when I am mobile I have to push 39 buttons to switch from one email account to the other. I am considering changing one account to outlook so I can switch back and forth more effectively. Anybody have a better way to switch between zoho accounts?
Process for rebranding current account (changing domain name).
We have decided to rebrand our account and change domain name. Obviously all email users including the zoho admin email account uses the current domain name suffix. Do you have 'how-to' steps for replacing the current 'active' domain name??? The old domain will no longer be promoted and all parties will be contacted to update their contacts. Any tips and processes for exchanging domain names associated with zoho mail accounts?? If I add a new domain name to the account does this mean each users email

Filtering a table on an html page
Hello Zoho's, I have an html page with a table in it. The table takes its data from one form in my application (lets call the form "FNA form"). I'd like to have the option to filter the data in the table, with 4 possible fields to filter by. I figured my solution is to embed a stateless form to my page, next to the table, and to have its field passing parameters to the html page, filtering the data I fetch from the FNA form. - note - I do not want to embed a report to the html page, for many reasons

Return Path rewriting for Forwarding is not SRS
I'm looking into using Zoho mail. I will want at least some mails forwarded to a third party server, which now applies SPF validation strictly. If the forwarded mail does not have its Return Path rewritten it will appear to have been sent from a server that is invalid for the original sender (as it now comes from Zoho). So I see that when you forward a mail the Return Path is rewritten so that the mail appears to come from my domain, not the original sender, and as I have no SPF record set there
Task queueing?
Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to queue tasks in sequence. In other words - can I create tasks in such a way that task 2 cannot begin until task 1 is completed, and thus keeps getting pushed down the calendar without me having to do so manually? Online form not working in Zoho CRM
A long time ago an online form was set up with Zoho CRM on my website www.trevormitchell.biz. Sometime after this was changed with Zoho CRM and it stopped working and has sort of been abandoned. having trouble deleting groups
hi there, i cannot figure out how to delete groups from my account. the problem is that i associated email addresses with these groups, but then i deleted the email addresses from the groups b/c i wanted to make new ones, but i can't since they are associated with these groups still (even thought I deleted them), but i cannot go in and delete the groups. it's like they are in nowhere land, and i am the super admin so i should be able to delete groups. can you help?

new message notification on external mail account
I would migrate my gmail account into zoho mail. In my gmail account I connected 4/5 external email account and every time I receive a new message on an email address I get a notification on my smartphone. I'm trying to do the same thing on zoho mail and until now I connected only one external email account but when I receive a new message I don't receive any notification. Moreover in Mail iOS app I can't see the external email. Is there some particular configuration that I have to do? Thank you

The new UI Support and CRM
1. Do I have to do something in Support to activate the new UI? I have it in CRM. 2. When I integrate with CRM it only import from CRM. In the instructions it would with the new UI also update CRM (2-ways). But it wont work? What should I do to get it to work? Have the same db, email and referens API.

How do I change the UI back to the previous one? The new UI is bogging down work tremendously. I'm sure customer feedback drove the changes but honestly, you've incorporated way too many UI obstacles and there is way too much text going on in the Zoho Support portal for the flat design approach. In the previous version you could easily share a task with other organization members and the members could update the task according to their information or knowledge.
