iOS app won't open again after leaving application
It seems that since the ios 10 update I'm only able to use the app once - if I press the home button or switch to another app, I just get the "out of focus" screen when I try to use the app again. I have to force close the zoho app and restart to be able to use it a second time. This gets very tedious and time consuming when I'm trying to use the calculator or verify totals from other sources to input into the app.

I have a problem I am using this email - help (at) caregiver-aid . com for my "contact page" on my website. I have vacation reply set to respond to customer requests for help. (Message received - will respond, etc.) Because of Yahoo DMARC policy my Contact Us form requires I provide a "return-path address" So now the problem. Email reminder for all events imported from Outlook 2010
I have successfully imported all events (114 events) from Outlook 2010 to my Zoho Calendar. Each event had a reminder in Outlook which has also been imported. Problem is that I want all of them to be email reminders instead of popup reminders (which they've been imported as). 1) Is there a way to convert the reminders to email type in one go (batch process)? 2) If not, then I am willing to change the type of reminders of all 114 events one-by-one BUT I cannot seem to figure out how to list all 114
Create Report with User vs Activity Type based on completion
I need to create a report that details how many activities a user has completed, but sorted by the type of activity. Under Task Status, we have a bunch of different statuses that we use to track our sales teams progress, so far I can only pull this data based on created or modified date, and completed date just gives me a total summary, without the breakdown of status. Hi All I'm trying to see how to best use this system for our business needs. Our client's prepay for their product and once we receive payment we begin working on their request. At that point we request the product from our agency but not as a drop ship and there is a custom form our agency needs to receive, not the system purchase order. we do not maintain inventory, this is more of a 'print on demand' situation. how can i utilize your system for this?

I'm having a problem getting office365 integration fully working. I have followed the instructions located here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/ and have the ability to invite users. However, there is no calendar sync integration active (following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/#Office365_Calendar). There is no "Microsoft" under Extension & APIs in the menu. Is this integration limited to certain levels of services? This link says it's available at all levels

Email messages not showing up on Zoho Mail
Hi everyone! Sometime between Set 25th and Set 26th my Zoho Mail stopped showing my email messages. I already checked my domain and it's DNSs are fine, my host is working properly and it's MX records are configured correctly. On the control panel mail accounts page configurations are ok and my account is even listed as using 18% of available disk space. Still emails won't appear. Does anyone know if there was some kind of change on the service between 25 and 26 Set?

Problem with POP3 and IMAP just for one mailbox

How can I generate a wide message or report with a macro?
I've a spreadsheet with a lot of data on multiple sheets. I would like to generate, based on that content, a kind of report which I would like to copy & paste into an e-mail program or on a formular in another website. The only way to do this was using the "msgbox" statement. But this is very inflexible, the number of lines are limited, it is not possible to insert CRLF, so it works only for short messages. Isn't there any possibility to extract data from the spreadsheet and generate a report? Perhaps
Restrict Search to initial filtered view?
hi - I have a view that is accessed via an OpenURL statement and has filter criteria applied on the openURL statement so the user only has access to view a subset of records. However, when they do a search from the view , then all records are searched and what gets returned are records they should not see - ie. the initial filter criteria is now ignored. How do i restrict this so the only records that get searched or returned are records that also have the initial filter criteria applied? thanks

How to capture additional information and have it linked to/accessible from, a Lead record and then the converted Potential record?
We collect a good deal of information from each lead (via an online questionnaire, or during a phone conversation). I've created custom fields within Leads to capture the info. However, when the lead is converted to a Potential, there is no way to access that info. I would like to know the best way to handle this data: 1. Can I map the same custom fields into the Potential record for each converted Lead? 2. Or should I create a Custom Module that stores this information for each Lead/Potential,

Sales Signals time zones
I like the new sales signals it does however look like the time stamp for client actions is off by 5 hours. Sent an email today at 4:18PM CST and the client immediately opened, the time stamp on the Sales Signal is 9:18 PM. Keep up the good work guys. Love your stuff.
