Time on incoming email is one hour behind
Hi I'm a UK user of Zoho webmail. I have started getting some emails from other UK users with a timestamp one hour behind the time they actually sent it. Why is this? We are both have a timezone of GMT, and I have not seen any other issues on the machine with timestamps. Thanks
Sales reps can see KPIs for entire company
Is there a way to limit access to KPIs, by people or type of account? Right now our sales reps can access 'All KPIs' for the entire company, which is data we don't necessarily want all of our sales reps to see. Can we set it so that they can just see their own individual performance in those KPIs, and not the company as a whole?

Change domain name in zoho mail
Hello, I thought I posted a new topic but I can't find it so here it is again (sorry). I want to change the domain name in my zoho mail service but I want to know if the accounts already created remain the same but with the new domain name (for example if I have steve@mydomain.com and I change my domain to mydomain1.com, the user now will be steve@mydomain1.com). Hi, I just create a setup for a domain (maderasytarimasdelnorte.com) and create 4 users into it, but it seems that i typed wrong the desired password for the super admin, i can enter into the other 3 user accounts, i did save a phone number but mine is local so i cant receive the message to reset password via text message. How to track PPC campaigns that are not Google
How can I automatically add leads to a campaign if the referrer is one of my PPC campaigns? I know how to track it by using the hidden fields on a landing page specific to the campaign name, but as we know, visitors, don't always convert on the landing page you send them to. I want to attribute all lead forms that are completed by a visitor with the PPC Campaign as a referrer from any page on our website. I don't want to have to create a bunch of different PPC forms with multiple landing pages

Hi all! I'm having some issues with embedding a permanent link to a dashboard in an external website. In Safari it works perfectly, but in Chrome and IE I get an error displaying the "Invalid value passed in parameter" and in Firefox the frame doesn't`t even load. i am thinking about upgrading my zoho crm to include email integration. However, i would like to know if emails sent from within Zoho CRM can be tracked? I saw references in a training video to email analytics, which i assume includes tracking, but is that included in the email integration package of the Professional edition? Is there any article or help that you can steer me in to see the way tracking works and is reported?
Turn a custom module in to a related list
I have created a custom module, and I'd like to see it as a related list on my Accounts page. When I try and add a related list to the Accounts page (By choosing "Select Unrelated Lists", it tells me that "You have already added all your related lists for this module." So I'm guessing my custom module isn't actually a related list... yet. Any assistance on how I can link my custom module to my account records would be greatly appreciated.

I am not receiving emails from certain domains, for example of sanlorenzosport.cl and several other domains such as serviu.cl They also do not get any bounce message I think there should be some kind of blockage or blacklist?
URL links not showing as links on mobile devices
I keep most of my notes in Evernote and link to them from within Contacts or Accounts in Zoho CRM. On the web, these links work as they should, but on the mobile apps, the links just appear as text and thus do not allow me to click and jump to the relevant notes. This is a huge problem for me as I am now hoping to rely on the mobile apps when in the field, but without the ability to use the links, the usability of the mobile apps is greatly diminished. Boxing items changes the price of these items
Hi, When I am creating a sales order for a customer who defaults to a certain price list, I choose some of our composite items to add to the sales order. The price from the selected price list comes up automatically. I then need to box these items by clicking on the little blue "box items" button.
