How do you stop someone sending emails to you?
I'm always getting emails from someone that I don't wish to talk to. I figured out how to send all their emails to my spam automatically, but even then I have to clear my spam and trash to get of their mail, and I'd much rather find a way of preventing their emails from coming in all together. Does anyone know of a function to prevent these sorts of emails?

Returned mail I never sent
I have a few email accounts at one domain and on only one of these accounts I have been getting what appears to be returned mail. I've never sent the emails in question. They appear to be sent from a legitimate address to addresses that do not exist on my email setup. I'm not sure if this is just spoofing or if the account has been compromised. We deleted a few messages and managed to go down to 4.2 gb but the problem still persists. Pls let us know if there is a way to reenable the account.

Guidance for archiving Tickets/Companies?
Hi, I'm wondering if there is a recommended way to either archive companies/contacts/tickets in Zoho Support that wouldn't get in the way of Active clients when maintaining our lists and tickets. Of course, we can simply delete them, but is there a better way to handle this? Or is there a way to export those into Excel in a format that's easily legible?

I have zoho mail setup to forward all my incoming messages to gmail. This has worked fine until today. Now they are all arriving as mailer-daemon messages. Is this just happening to me? Trouble with page URLs redirecting to wrong pages
My website URL (www.website.com) is automatically forwarding to my blog page (www.website.com/blogs). If I delete the blog page, then my URL lands on a 404 Page Not Found. Likewise, the first page in my menu (www.website.com/somethingelse) is automatically redirecting to my blog page (www.website.com/blogs). What I want is hayas.zohosite.com changed its domain name into "hayas.id".
