New domain purchased on Zoho not displaying
Hi Guys, I purchased a domain today on zoho (the310i.com). However, when I publish a test site, I get the following message - "The www.the310i.com page isn’t working www.the310i.com redirected you too many times." I have tried clearing the cookies and cache memory, as well as tried from incognito windows and other browsers but I cannot access the published site. Please tell me what I am doing wrong? (I have no background in coding, internet hosting etc) Thanks, Upasana

I really appreciate the work Zoho is doing! I tried to use themes available to download, but Zoho didn't accept these (https://w3layouts.com/free-responsive-html5-css3-website-templates/ ) Can you explain why these don't work with Zoho? Hello Zoho Team, To re-organize the email addresses I deleted old email accounts but I missed to notice that it will delete the created sites associated with the email address. As missed to unpublish my domain (www.abetterlifehomecareservices.com.au) I am not able to publish my newly created site under this name. I own the domain abetterlifehomecareservices.com.au. Unable to add user account to our organization
I added campaigns module through our Admin account and then logged into my personal account and went to campaigns, assuming it knew I was from the same organization through google apps. Instead it created it's own campaigns account. I cannot invite my user as a user under the main campaigns account for my organization as it says it's associated with another. Can someone please disassociate it so it can be added to my admin campaigns account.

Hi, I need to fetch the "Portal ID" of my organization so that i can use new "Rest API V 2.0 API". Unattended Client tray icon not shwoing on some client PCs
Hi. Ive having an occassional problem where unattended client PCs don't always show the tray icon. This is often not a problem, however does cause difficulties where the client PC has access disabled. This can usually be fixed by reinstalling the client s/w but recently had a situation where it did not. What causes this problem and what can i do to reliably fix please...? Thanks.
"Mail Forward Failure"
We are using Zoho to receive automated system alerts from our data center which we also have forwarded to our on-call engineers' personal addresses which rotate each week. Now we are receiving these notifications from zoho and emails are being blocked. Is there anything from ZOHO that can be done to allow these through? This never occurred with our previous email hosting provider which forwarded the exact same emails daily to the same addresses. Something with the headers of the forward and/or 74.201.154.111
Problems with Adobe Sign and digitial signatures
I can't connect my Adobe Sign account to Zoho Docs. I have Adobe Sign under my Creative Cloud subscription, using my Adobe ID — but there doesn't seem to be an option to log in using my Adobe ID account. The only option is to log in to Adobe Sign with an email and password, which is not the same as logging in with your Adobe ID account. Can somebody help me figure out what I need to do to get this working? Thanks!

Mobile notifications
Is there no iPhone iOS push notifications? Testing out project management software for our company and I know that would be a deal breaker if it is missing. When I installed the app it asked for permissions to send notifications but I don't receive any when I create a task or do any activity. Is it because I am the user creating them? When I added an event I did receive an email but that was all, and through Google Calendar I believe. Do I have the settings wrong or is this not a feature?
Switching between Calendars in Zoho mobile apps
I am a Zoho Mail, CRM Plus, Creator and Invoice user. I am very familiar with how everything works. However, I would like to know if there is a way to switch between different calendars in the mobile apps. It seems I can only see the calendar that I last looked at on the Web app and that there is no way to switch to another.

I want to ask about our problem with syncing the contact from CRM to Zoho campaign. When one user in my account sync contact from CRM to Zoho campaign, this user can see and sync all contact in another user in our account. So if i upgare my account, can i manage this problem? Contact lists of two people merged
Hi When our company shifted to Zoho mail from Go Daddy, the iPhone contact lists of my colleague's and mine merged. So I now have all his contacts on my iPhone Contact list. And any common contact shows the name the way he has listed. This is very confusing. Initially, I was the Admin on Zoho. I then created a new Admin ID in the hope that this problem will go away. But it hasn't.
Email has been rate limited - but I have sent no group email
I have received several messages that mail from the Zoho Blog sent to webmanager@cantate.org could not be forwarded to my gmail account so. I have not sent any group emails from the "webmanager@cantate.org" account so I do not understand why gmail would complain about too many sent emails. Please advise. Thank you, Miriam Radakovich
Zoho Mail not working again
I keep getting this error: Reason:java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair. I have discussed with the support department and they have blamed my email account provider. I called and discuused with my email provider and they say it is not on their end. They have to be correct as I can send and receive with several other email programs at the same time that Zoho does not work. I hope they can fix this problem as it has been ongoing for some time now. Bobby

today i have configure our virtual office with smtp. the domain is: siprefminegocio.net the thing is, when i use gmail.com it is working, i change for smtp.zoho.com it is not working. traceroute give errors, ping is working. we use ssl=true port=465 So what we do, we need a functional SMTP Server, it is not working with you, other ones will do!

Cannot Verify Domain CNAME or TXT
Hello, I recently signed up for the free business email plan and have been attempting verify for the last two hours. I've added the cname, and tried the txt. GoDaddy is the domain host but wix is my website host so I cannot add the html on the site itself to attempt that method.
