Outgoing Mail disbaled
Hello Zoho, A user under my domain [hello(at)thengmag(dot)com] outgoing mail is disabled. Incoming mails still come through, however, I can't send outgoing mails. I noticed in the admin section that the Outgoing mails have been disabled, however when I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. would absolutely love if this could be fixed. thank you. kind Regards
RingCentral Zoho integration problem with Softphone
Anyone get RingCentral Zoho integration to work with the Soft Phone Desktop for Mac? When I click on the call button in Zoho it rings my hard polycom desk phone, which is great when I'm in the office. When I'm home I try to use the softphone for the same integration, but I can't get the soft phone to ring. I turned off the desk phone entirely on the back end, and just have the softphone on. I still can't get Zoho to ring the softphone via the integration. Anyone get this to work?

Storage space management
I have Zoho CRM Plus which doesn't include Zoho Mail but seems to need it to manage email within the CRM... - I am actually thoroughly confused about this... anyway.... Since the last update to CRM I noticed mail conversations no longer display in all areas of the CRM along side contacts and leads. I thought I should open Zoho Mail and see if the issue is there. Sure enough mail had stopped due to going over the 5GB space. It still doesn't explain everything but I should clear this up - easy right?

Picklist bug or user error?
I have a longish list of picklist values in a mandatory field. I have added a "None" value which I would like to be default, but as a new addition, it is added to the bottom of the list. I am trying to drag it back to the top, but the entire list keeps moving on my screen and will not allow display of the top of the picklist values. What am I doing wrong? Additionally, I would like the user to have to select an item in the picklist, but it is accepting the word "None" as an acceptable answer (and

Wiki import not working
In connection with my efforts to figure out how to move wikis and workspaces, I tried the wiki and workspace export and import functions. The export works no problem, and the resulting zip contains attachments and a main index.xml containing all the page content for the site I then created a new wiki, and attempted to import these zip files. In each case the browser takes a few seconds to upload the zip, but then does nothing -- no confirmation that anything was uploaded, no error message, nothing.
Is it possible to alert only the agent that is the ticket owner?
I've created a Time-Based Action rule to send an alert to an agent when a ticket is 7 days past due but would like that alert to only go to the ticket owner. I've found that if I do not specify the ticket owner within the Time-Based Action's criteria and also limit the email alert to be sent to only that agent, the emails will go to all agents (if all are selected). Ideally I'd like to be able to specify something like "where agent is ticket owner" as part of the criteria. Is what I'm trying to
Use URL to filter a view (report) with criteria for form field not in the view
I would like to call a view via URL with criteria for field "Customer." Works great, except I don't need the "Customer" column to show in the view. Unfortunately, if it's not in the view, the URL criteria does not work. Am I missing something? Work around? 550 Error and I just Signed up fo Zoho Mail
Hello - I just subscribed to Zoho Mail and the moment my account became active with a subscription the system began to block both my incoming and outgoing mail. This is a business account and I am not conducting any mass email campaigns so I don't know why I'm getting the error. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get everything setup correctly for Zoho to function by going in and changing cPanel and even going to my domain provider and trying to setup Zoho there. Sorting by date in the new mail. I frequently use sorting by date so I can see what our first ccontact was etc. In the old mail I could just click at the top of the column, but in the new mail this option has disappeared. Is there a way to make a custom ticket field only viewable in the sidebar that an agent sees, such as Root Cause or Labor Hours? I can see a designation that says "Available only during Edit Ticket" but that does not appear to be an attribute that I can apply. We opened a 'free' account to evaluate Zoho and based on that, we decided to subscribe. My manager needed the subscription invoicing, so took the details and set up a standard service. How to make an anonymous email address?
Hello, I set up a new Zoho email called AverageAmerican@zoho.com. The trouble is that I typed my real first name and last name into the entry fields. I wasn't expecting my first and last name to show up when I send an email. So, I went back and changed my first name to Average and my last name to American. Deleting people from External Network
I run an External Network. One person in our group has moved on to other things and now needs to be deleted from the Network. I already deleted her from the Groups, but cannot find where to remove her from the Network completely. This is an issue as the Network contains confidential information - imagine what would happen if a fired employee still had access to internal company information.

Auto populate Text field with a lookup field
I've been looking all over for a solution and can't figure out why this is happening... I want to populate a text field with the value of a lookup field on the same form. Locale in Decimal Separator ?
Hi, notice that the currency can be changed, however the decimal separator remains the same. In the EUR Zone the Numbers have comma as decimal separator 100,00 EUR instaed of 100.00 USD. Displaying is not a big deal, but when exporting data for import to other application it produces considerable trouble. Any plans to fix that ? Google Docs and Excel do an excellent job here.
