Sales Process Simplification.
Hi All, We as a business are new to Zoho CRM Plus. Our sales process is a very simplistic one, whereby our opportunities are won / lost on the first interaction with the Potential. As a result we do not want to go through the Leads > Contacts / Accounts > Opportunities process. Rather we would like to simply capture the opportunity data in a "Sales" Module, and upon updating a status have this data passed to another module that we use to manage the ongoing day to day interaction with the client.
Finding the right CRM plan...
Here is what I would like to do: I have database of 25000 contacts, from Linkedin. I want to upload this into CRM them send messages from 5-6 addresses, each with a different course or service (one would be a gift box company). I would segment and tag the different sublists, some may be overlapping. Probelms sending emails from Windows Live Mail
Hi I set up my zoho account with Windows live mail but when I try to send an email the attached error message appears. Incoming mail works ok. Suppose the problem is with ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED. How can I reslove this? Many thanks Tom

Workflow Automation Lead Owner
It may not be an option, but I wanted to ask just in case I am missing it. When configuring a new field update, is there a way to have the person who modified the profile (with a certain status change), to be the new owner of the lead? I know you can set it up for a specific person, but allowing a change to the person who modified it would be great.
View shift
Recently my view starts shifting beyond my monitors and creates a bar to move the screen back and forth. Sometimes it starts out ok and when I open a client, it looks fine for a second and then everything under each category shifts to the right (but not the category name, it's like a huge indent being put in. I have tried on chrome and explorer and have deleted cookies, etc. I am not changing any settings, it just starts doing it.
Email Module Disappears
I integrated my gmail via IMAP. However the email module disappears and cannot access my inbox. Please help!

Prospect/Contact data not populating to a new Opportunity when converting
Pls can you help me as to why all data entered onto a Prospect's record doesn't pull into the Opportunity record when I convert it? eg. the phone number & the email address sometimes don't automatically populate - & this means that the functionality re calling/emailing out directly from the Opportunity record doesn't work
Including custom fields in across all modules (contacts, accounts, etc)
I've created customer fields within a module template (lets call it cold leads) and would like those same custom fields available as options in other modules (lets call it qualified leads). How do I go about that? I didn't see those custom fields listed outside of where I created them in. Thank you!

Insert record to a specific location
Hi, I want to know if it's possible to insert a record to a specific location. For example, I have 4 records with order like this 1 Book 2 Movie 3 Car 4 Laptop Now, I want to insert a record called Mobile between Movie and Car and it will have order number 3. And the Car and Laptop records will be pushed down and the number will be updated automatically to 4 and 5. It will be 1 Book 2 Movie 3 Mobile 4 Car 5 Laptop I want to know if it's possible to accomplish this. Thanks

In the past week I have been receiving increasing amounts of SPAM from a number of sources. Disturbingly many are addresses me by first name rather than by email address which suggests that some soft of mailing list has been compromised. Does anybody else have this problem? Thanks

Hi there, For the Canadian Edition of Zoho Books, how do I reclaim HST from written-off invoices? Basically, we wrote-off some invoices, but Zoho Books records the total amount of the invoice as Bad Debt (including the HST portion). We tried to make a manual journal entry (Credit to Bad Debt and Debit to HST Payable), but Zoho Books doesn't allow any manual journal entries for "HST Payable". Hi, I have report where all the requested items are. This report is grouped by Description and I set it to show the total quantity of each Item in the report. I have a Purchase Order form. In this form there is a subform where users add the items to be purchased. The users select the items from a lookup field in the subform. I would like the lookup field in the Purchase Order subform to show only the items that are in the requested items report and to link the total quantity. is this possible?

Clearing old "Undeposited" funds after switching from Invoice to Books
I recently upgraded from Invoice to Books. With books, I can now link my bank account with my Zoho account. The problem I have is: I have years worth of old undeposited funds. rich text in question field
Is there a way to have rich text enabled in the question fields? I would like to add an html link within a question. Currently the only place that can have a rich text option is the Question Hint Message section.
Connect an account previously created
I created an account (A) in my business domain name earlier and didn't connect that to the website. Later I used another previously created account (B) to create and link that same domain. Now I am unable to connect account A with domain which is already connected on mail via account B. I tried to delete Account A, but there is no option as the mail isn't connected and neither is any page. Please help urgently.
