Looking for a print vendor that links with Zoho CRM that has App or the like which would enable us to print one-off postcards or letters as part of an automation. ability to email accounts
is it possible to gain the ability to email accounts- There is a template option currently for accounts, why are we not able to select accounts, then email those accounts who's contacts have email address's? The merge fields could be both of contact and accounts? Is there a particular reason why this cant be done?
Problem Creating Alias
Hi, I've searched your help files and parts of your Forum but I'm unable to see how I can add an alias to my email account. I understood that I could have upto 25 aliases for the free account, however I only need 5 currently. My email works fine having sent tests back and forth from my laptop emailer but where are the "alias settings" Any help much appreciated.

Can't see Account Name on Activity Report
Hi, I have created two different types of Activity Reports: 1. sorted out according to: a) Industry b) Account Name c) Project Name (own created name) 2. sorted according to: a) Account Owner b) Account Name c) Project Name (own created name) My Problem lies in report number 2. It shows me the column called "Account Name" however none of the fields are filled in. In other words I have an empty column called Account Name without showing me any names. How can I get all these names back on my report?

Hello, I just now registered with Zoho and wanted to use the Email functionality with my personally owned Domain, but I get the above error message. It seems like almost everyone that tries this service gets the same message. I have NEVER signed up with Zoho with my domain, so it could not possibly already be registered. Notes won't save
I haven't visited the CRM in a few months. I came back and tried to enter notes under a Contact, I click Save and the Note field disappears, rendering it unable to save or retain any notes. Is this a recent bug or something to do with having the free version? If it does not resolve, there's no reason to keep using Zoho.

Some CRM email not getting through
As I follow up on leads, I'm being told that my clients have never received emails that I sent through CRM. I know some may get filtered out in spam filters and so on, but is there a log of what is send and responses from the client email system? I see the activity log, but that gives me no information on emails. Thanks Kerry
