New website host/server so not receiving emails
Hi, We have changed to a new website host/server and have consequently 2 issues: a) We have stopped receiving emails in current email address assigned under that initial domain name.; and b) Our new website content says it has launched but has not actually launched (IE the old content is still displaying when we type in the website URL).. *We are struggling to follow the 'HELP' sections of Zoho so please can you talk us through this. Please how do we remedy this? IE a) begin receiving emails

El caso es el siguiente... Tengo dos usuarios (1 y 2), con dos profiles (A y B) y dos layouts (XX, YY) en la pantalla de oportunidades asociado cada uno de ellos a cada profile. Cuando el usuario 1, crea una oportunidad bajo el layout XX (que es al que tiene acceso) y posteriormente el usuario 2 accede a esa oportunidad este ultimo (usuario 2), deberia verlo con el layout YY que es al que tiene acceso y de forma automatica pero en lugar de esto lo ve con el layout XX (pudiendo modificar informacion)

Please help us on our problem - We are not receiving email confirmation from Zoho to Outlook emails but in Gmail were able to received all the email confirmation - Before we were able to received it even the recipient use their Outlook emails Hope you can help us or advise us what to check or what to do. Customer Portal
Hi, I have created an application and enabled customer portal thru application settings. Later I registered 2 users to this portal for testing purpose. I created a few records by logging in with user X. However when I logged in with user Y, then I am able to see the records created by X and vice-versa. Both the users have default customer profile. This should not happen as one user should not see the data (records) of other user. I am not sure why this is happening. Anyone please help ? Thanks, Milind

End of Day Processing
Hello, Our office has used Zoho for years, but up until recently it has been a small family owned firm. Now that we are larger I and I need employees to reconcile an end of day balance sheet. Does anyone know how to print a report that gives me 1) a grand total for c/c, checks, online payments, and cash for the day. 2) an itemized report of all of these to reconcile each day? Another problem is that we don't use Zoho to keep record of our bank accounting. We have an accountant that does it.

Associating remote auth users with zoho support contacts. without inviting
I have the remote authentication working! From what I can see there is only one way to make a contact a support user that can login. "Invite the contact" which expires. Is there a way to bypass this signup process. Since we are using a different credentialing system, they have accounts but not tied to the zoho support system contacts. How do we manage this for existing customers? How do we manage this for new customers which we assign a system id and password?

Hey zoho, can I use iframe in the customer portal customization of zoho support? I tried to customize our customer portal a bit, but other than changing colors and adding/removing widgets, not much seems to be possible... @all: how have others solved this? We are not happy with the appearance we can get out of the customer portal, but we do like the functionality. Any recommendations?

Hello, I just signed up for an account and when I am logged into zoho I can send an email message and it will be received on the other end...however if I try and reply to that message...the response is not recieved by my inbox. Incoming Mail Blocked
Hi I have blocked then unblocked user and now incoming mail has been blocked, and the only reason given was that the account was "blocked temporarily as a security precaution" and "Mail Box disabled." When I attempt to enable incoming mail for the user in the Control Panel I get a notification stating that only paying customers are allowed to do so. I sent an email to support@zohomail.com , but have yet to hear back from anyone (the account has been "temporarily disabled" for nearly 24 hours).

Does Zoho mail work with outlook 2010 activesync?
Hi All, I am trying to get Zoho email to connect to outlook 2010 with activesync, I know I can use IMAP and POP but they don't sync contacts and calendar which is what I want to achieve. I have seen people saying connect to msync.zoho.com but the instructions are not full and when I try it just errors with "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action" But I am online... Any ideas? Cheers
Duplicate emails in the Sent folder when sending emails from outlook
When I am sending emails using outllook, emails are saved twice in the sent folder. When sending emails from the zoho webmail, sent emails are showing only once. I am guessing some setting needs to be disabled. Please help.
