How to track time and leave for non-users?
Hi! I understand that certain roles can input information for non-users - "However, they will be listed across all forms and records so that HR Administrator can manage their information to process their salary, leave, attendance etc.," I'm currently evaluation Zoho People and like to get a feel how this works, I have the Admin role. Still I could not find out, how this is done? When I'm logged in, I only can log work or add leaves for me. Thanks in advance! Jörg

Hello, I currently use Pipedrive as my CRM software. I love it for my staff but I the reporting and dashboard falls a little short. I would love to use Zoho reporting but I am trying to figure out how to intergrate them seemlessly. I have used 3rd party softwares such as Zapier to sync data in the past but my data changes so although Zapier can add a row to the Zoho database it can not update a row. Does anyone have a solution? Message IMAP blocked due to excessive usage
Hi, For the last month I have been getting the follow message with great frequency: "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time." I use Outlook 356. I have also seen that it has been taking a very long time to sync one of my inboxes. I have seen some other posts where it is suggested that this message comes either when your have more than 10GB of mail or that you are send too much email.
Duplicate dates on Group By
I have date column in query table where it is formatted with date+time. Now when I query table because of time with date group by clause returns duplicate rows. I wan to remove the time field from the table. I tried changing date format in base table but it don't work.

Can not create CRM task from Zoho Mail
I integrated Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM. When I receive one email from a Lead and try to create a task directly from the email app I get an error message saying "Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.¨ As you can see in the attached picture the mandatory field is not empty. Please advice.

I have a problem with my Zoho mail account, Here I can able to send mails from my account but I cant able to receive any. i have tried sending emails to the Zoho account from my Gmail account but it showing "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:" message from google with the following error Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain intracotrading.com by intracotrading.com. When a web hosting moves to another place, must it be re-verified with Zoho?
We are using Zoho for a while and all wored fine - until we move the web hosting to somewhere else. Should we re-verify with Zoho or else to make it work again? How do we do that?

Date format on Custom Module Field showing in wrong format
I created a custom module and added a Support Start Date date field to it. Values entered into this field are being displayed as "Aug 4" for instead of MM/DD/YYYY. Setup > Personal Settings > Country is set to United States. Is there somewhere else I should be checking to change the date format displayed? Thanks!

Hello Tech Support, Even after adding the ip address, I would be unable to log on. I did remove the IP address restriction, but it still does not let me access ZOHO. I have to enable the prior IP address to access zoho. Where else can I check to remove ip restrictions?

Delay creating new tickets when e-mailing
We have just started using Zoho and have an issue with mail forwarding. There is a delay between sending the e-mail to support@ourcompany.zohosupport.com and the ticket appearing. This delay varies from around 5 minutes to up to 15 minutes. Really, we need tickets to be created instantaneously. Is a delay normal or is there is an issue with our account?
On creation of a record where pick list is not selected, field value should be empty. However records have stored a value of NONE or -NONE- by default

Cant register new after expired verification code
Hi, I registered new mail account with my customers domainname. I give the phone number and password. Then my customer got a sms but gave it the next day. Now the domain is blocked, no way to enter anymore. I asked support but only got 1 email this week with "not working" support. Then I phone to their support telephone and I cant even select the menu what I want.... WTF? Is there something still working here at Zoho? If someone at Zoho could just help me out, maybe reset the domain or let me in...
Need help with multi-select deluge
Hi I've been struggling with deluge for a multi-select lookup field. I've two forms- "Email_Recepient" and "Miscellaneous_Settings". "Email_To" is a multi-select field in "Miscellaneous_Settings" which is a lookup on "Recipient_Email" field in "Email_Recepient". "Recipient_Email" is the other field in "Email_Recepient". Idea is to let the client decide whom they want emails to be sent to for each submission (of a third form) by collecting the emails in a "Multi_Line" field in "Miscellaneous_Settings"

We moved to Zoho and gmail a few months ago. Most of my users still use gmail exclusively. How can we recreate all the same folder structure in zoho email as in gmail? Hi, We are unable to receive any mails that are sent from Gmail or domains hosted on Google App / Google server. The mail goes through, but it is never delivered into our Zoho mail inbox. I have tried sending mails from two different gmail accounts and one account hosted on Google App, and the mail was sent. However, the mail was never received on Zoho mail. Emails going as unauthenticated after updating display profile pic.
We have updated our display pic in zoho mail to show the users our logo right next to the email. Since then all the emails we send are going as unauthenticated. There is a question mark instead of our logo in the sender email address. Any help is appreciated.
